Description

ENERGY PUMP, the cooling liquid circulation pump for all two-stroke or four-stroke scooters and motorbikes with liquid cooling (H2O) that have a mechanical pump driven by the engine.

ENERGY PUMP can be installed as a spare part on all vehicles that use an electric pump to improve performance.

The new MALOSSI ENERGY PUMP eliminates friction and mechanical defects, runs quietly, is easy to install and comes complete with fuses and cables.

A new impeller and a more powerful electric motor have made it possible to increase performance by 33% compared to the previous version. The internal electronic control of the pump has been improved to keep the flow rate of the supply range between 10.5 V and 14 V constant.

It is an intelligent pump that has a circuit board and is connected to a corresponding electronic controller. It is capable of controlling the cooling liquid temperature and keeping it within the required values.

These features take the ENERGY PUMP to a higher level. Its performance and versatility make it a pump that is ahead of its time, allowing it to fit into any context, whether simple or technologically advanced.

In an internal combustion engine, good circulation of the coolant guarantees efficiency, performance and a long service life.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The pump is housed in a sturdy casing made of PPC, a lightweight and unbreakable polymer that is heat, acid and fuel resistant. The 12 V power supply is provided by the battery and it has a robust electric motor with independent excitation without brushes (brushless technology).

Classic mechanical cooling pumps are normally driven by the motor shaft and follow the speed of the motor. As a result, they are not always able to fulfil the flow rates required for correct cooling, e.g. at low engine speeds and high loads.

The ENERGY PUMP is connected to an electronic control board (electronic changeover WCP) which, together with an appropriate controller, enables the fan output to be adapted to the actual cooling requirements of the motor, regardless of the motor speed and the applied loads.

This means that the engine always runs at optimum coolant temperatures.
