How it works

Description

Take advantage of our framework specially negotiated for you for your returns.

Choose your home country and order your convenient shipping label. Once your order has been received, we will create the shipping label manually and send it to you within 1-2 business days via e-mail. Please check your email mailbox and possibly the spam folder after 1-2 days.

Box the item carefully in the original packaging. Please do not forget to add your completed return form within the package so that we can process your return or your exchange as soon as possible.

You can now print the shipping label, stick it on the package and deliver your return to the local post office.

We will inform you by email once we have received your return.

Please note that shipping labels are excluded from a return.

****Attention: If you would like to use the shipping label from Switzerland or Hungary, we need to specify the items you would like to send back to us in advance. Please leave a short note for us in the order comment during the ordering process.
