How can I pay?

 

To make purchasing with us a pleasure, we can offer you the following payment methods:

 

Advance payment by bank transfer - This is the best and cheapest way to pay for your order. You make a bank transfer for the invoiced amount. The necessary payment information you'll get in an additional e-mail. As soon as we receive payment confirmation the goods will be despatched.

 

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) - If you choose this option, the goods will be despatched as soon as possible. You pay the post person at your front door when you take delivery. There is an supplementary charge for COD. For cash on delivery we invoice an additional 5.90 € .

 

Credit card - The easy way to pay. We despatch the goods as quickly as possible and the payment is taken from your bank account later by the credit card company. We accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard).

Paypal - With the free online payment service PayPal, you can pay securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance - all without sharing your financial details with us. What does shipping cost?

 

For deliveries outside Germany, we accept Credit Card, Paypal and Cash on Delivery (5,90 €). For delivering outside the E.U, e.g. Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia ... , we dispatch the goods tax-free (19% VAT). Perhaps you have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland. Please, find out from your custom authorities.

 

The flat-rate shipping fees for deliveries in other EU countries are as follows:

* The shipping costs will be calculated automatically by our shop-system and will be shown
in time before you place your order.

The different factors to be considered are:

  • Quantity of items
  • shipping address
  • evtl. cash on delivery fees
  • custom duties
  • additional fees for island shipping etc.

Fee is charged from the 2nd article for any additional product. Fee is charged in addition to the shipping costs. Example: for 2 articles - 1x additional fee, for 3 articles - 2x additional fee, for 4 articles - 3x additional fee, ...

When will I receive delivery?

 

If you choose payment by cash-on-delivery or credit card, we despatch the goods as soon as possible.

General speaking, despatch takes 5-7 days (in the season 8-10 days). In most cases we are quicker but factors outside our control can slow despatch (e.g. difficulties with ordering or delivery at our suppliers). We despatch goods by UPS & DHL.

When can I exchange or return goods? How do I do this?

 

Within a few minutes of making your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you want to change or cancel something, tell us as quickly as possible by e-mail .

Once you receive the goods you have 30 days in which you can return them without having to give a reason. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period; you can send notice to us by post or e-mail. After this you should send the goods back to us.
