It does not work, bad design and bad quality(03.07.2023)

It is the 2nd battery that I buy, the 1st one was defective as it only charge at 20% and was shipped missing a wire to be able to charge it. Thank god, I was reimbursed. The new received one (bought on another side) does not work either. This time, the wires of the battery seems to be loose at the connector as you have to push on them to see any lights on the jacket to show whether it is charged or not. Therefore, when to try to turn on your heated garment, it does not turn on and no heating is possible. Also the battery is not user friendly as there is no indicator on the battery itself to see if charge is still remaining. Very cumbersome
