I have got no issues with the product. Stylish design and overall veryy good quality. Although, the quality can be improved (internal padding and strap).

I wasn't too impressed with:
- I got the wrong colour. I ordered grey, I received white.
- The packaging was subpar. There was a lack of bubble wraps or similar. There was not enough layers of bubble wrap to protect the helmet's integrity. There was no Fragile sticker which would likely mean that the courier cannot be expected to treat the item as fragile.
- Helmet had scratches as a result of the subpar packaging.

These point can addressed easily and improved on.

I got immediate response from customer service who rectified the issue by offering me a 50% refund. That is appreciated.

But that could have been avoided if dispatched ensured they didn their part.

Experience a bit of frustration with this purchase. Will potentially avoid to order from FC Moto again.

Waiting for a size change from L to M

...leider fallen sie etwas klein aus und so musste ich mein XL Exemplar leider zurücksenden.

Sitzt, passt und die Belüftung ist toll. Hat jetzt mehrere Mofa Rennen und Ausfahrten überstanden. Wird empfohlen. Und wunderschön ist er dazu!

I bought this helmet (for my son) at the same time than a Pilot 2.0 (for me), with the sizes we used on previous helmets. And... wrong size !
Both helmets are too small ofr us.
To be sure, I tried my son's helmet (the 80's) that was one siez bigger, and ii fits me well.
Then, don't hesitate to take one size over !

I live in Canada and I knew I had to have this helmet the moment I discovered it online. It's a beautiful 80's design. It took me a while to find a source but FC-Moto's price and fast shipping were great. The helmet is incredibly light weight, making it very comfortable for longer rides. My only complaint is the use of snaps to secure the visor down. When the snaps are not fastened they vibrate and make an annoying buzzing sound while riding. I put a drop of glue in them to stop this but now the snaps won't fasten shut lol. Oh well, they don't really need to shut anyways. Also the visor hinges could be a bit more refined rather then just an exposed C-clip.

I think that this product is good design.
However, details are not good.
The bad part sandwiching the shield. Painting is also spreading. Even worse clips that secure the screws. (I can not attach photos)
But design is what I wanted.
So I just try to use it.
Vinyl attached to the inside of the shield is not off.
But the design is cool. That's all.
Ah! And like very lightweight. That point is good.
If the minor improvements I'm back to buy this product.
Once again ... good design.
