The quality of the product is good and it seems to be useful for winter.

I reviewed earlier on the sizing and had a chance to wear them in the rain yesterday. Not just rain, but two periods of heavy rain in a 5 hour ride. The second period of rain was really heavy. Torrential. I can report these are definitely waterproof! The best waterproof glove I have owned. Comfortable in 65 degree temperatures (18 Celsius) as well. If your hands get wet, it is due to a layering error or, in my case, failure in other gear. My left sleeve in my jacket membrane soaked, leaked onto my long-sleeve base layer and the base layer leaked into the left glove. Again, not the fault of the glove, it was my other gear. The right hand was (impressively) dry. I only gave this 5-stars, because 10-stars was not an available rating!

Size: I had Spidi STS-R gloves and also checked the sizing table so I ordered the same size. Perfect fit.

Feeling: It was my first time using winter gloves so the hand controls were tricky compared to my regular gloves. Easy to move fingers around, just some loss of touch.

Warmth: Rode at 5C for about 30mins. Slightly cold at my finger tips. I must say that the gloves were the most insulated equipment I had at that moment :)

These are excellent gloves and ideal for autumn, winter and cool spring days. Pictures don’t do the gloves justice, because they feel beautifully made. The NK6 gloves look like a work of art, without one stitch out of place.

What I’ve grown to love about my NK6 gloves is their draw closure: it means I can wear the gloves over my cuffs without any rain getting in. I’ve worn waterproof gloves inside my sleeves for years, but this can be draughty. Whereas the NK6’s draw closure has kept out all rain and draughts too. Also, it’s less faff to put on the gloves quickly.

I also like the fact that the NK6 gloves are mainly made of leather, which is far more abrasion resistant than any textile material. However, I would readily have paid more for WR100 leather.

NK6 gloves are CE Level 1 certified, with Superfabric on the knuckles as a welcome increase in abrasion resistance. However, the Superfabric patch on the underside of the hand only covers a small surface area; it’s a shame Spidi didn’t instead use its Warrior protection to more palm coverage.

The rubber wiper isn’t quite as good as the wiper on Held gloves but works well nonetheless.

Comfort, warm and ‘feel’ are up there with the best autumn/winter gloves. I have worn these down to 1-2 degrees C. Also, the NK6 glove has good ‘feel’ for a cold-weather glove.

Für Winterhandschuhe relativ dünn, damit ist die Bedienung von Blinker etc. auch sehr angenehm.
Allerdings muss ich für mich hier einen Stern abziehen, da ich nach 15 min Fahrt bei +4° bereits sehr kalte Finger habe.
Das persönliche Kälteempfinden ist sicherlich unterschiedlich daher sind solche Handschuhe nur sehr subjektiv zu bewerten.
Grunds#tzlich gesehen definitiv sehr angenehme Handschuhe.

Wenn man davon absieht, daß dickere Handschuhe grundsätzlich die Bedienung des Blinkers, o.ä. erschweren, ist dieser Handschuh top!

Erfreulich leicht und anschmiegsam kommt der "NK-6" getaufte und mit Klasse-1-Protektoren ausgerüstete Winterhandschuh daher. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlicher Isolierung verwendet SPIDI eine "Primaloft" Kunststofffaser. Proklamierter Vorteil : selbst nass soll die aus recycelten PET-Flaschen hergestellte Füllung noch hervorragend wärmen. Tatsächlich ist Primaloft, welches im Outdoor-Sektor schon lange in Jacken & Co. steckt, ein zuverlässiger und warmer Begleiter. Auf dem halbstündigen Weg zur Arbeit reicht die Wärmeleistung auch bei Temperaturen knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt. Löblich : eine großzügige, per Bund einhändig verschließbare Stulpe hält kalten Wind wirksam draußen, lässt sich mühelos bedienen und zieht sich nicht mit Wasser voll. Die beworbenen Nässeeigenschaften der Kunstfaser kamen wegen der gut funktionierenden H2Out-Membrane bislang noch nicht zum tragen. Doch Obacht : Membran-Handschuhe vertragen sich nicht mit Heizgriffen bei Regenfahrten.

This rating is for fit purposes only since the cool weather isn’t here yet. I’ve owned plenty of gloves and I can tell this will be just fine for cool, maybe even cold (32 Fahrenheit / 0 Celsius) for shorter rides at freezing temperatures. I also have the Spidi Carbo Track Evo gloves and fit wise, the NK-6 glove are just a little longer in the fingers and thumb. Not long enough for me to go down a size but noticeably longer than the “just right” Carbo’s. I think a size smaller (M) would be too small and tight in the width. I typically wear a size 9 / large in gloves I’ve had before (BMW) and measure 23 cm across the knuckles and 25 cm across the widest part of my hand. I think the Spidi size chart is spot on, and I think this glove just simply runs a little long in the fingers and thumb. I’m looking for the cooler weather so I can start using them!
