Ein schicker Stiefel. Leider ist der Stiefel zu schmal am Fuß und hat einen sehr flachen Spann, dass ich ihn mit meinen schmalen Füßen nur unter Mühen anprobieren konnte (Gr. 38). Also mindestens 2 Nummern größer bestellen. Geht leider zurück.

Ich habe bereits Rezension darüber geschrieben. Da sie aber negativ ist, wird nicht veröffentlicht.
Innerhalb noch nicht mal eines Jahres ( im Winter waren keine Fahrten bei) 2 Reklamationen mit unterschiedlichen Mankos.
Vor 3 Monaten ging das Netz kaputt hinten links. Naht ist aufgegangen. Ok ausgetauscht. Ich dachte alles gut kann passieren. Jetzt verformte sich linker Schtiefel in Wellen, obwohl sie nicht jeden Tag beansprucht wurde. Ich habe noch das Sommerpaar vom anderen Hersteller, die häufiger im Einsatz sind. Langsam reicht es. Ich habe die Erstattung angefordert. Was sagt fc moto: 3 mal Reparatur oder Ersatz, erst dann. Das nenne ich "Kundenorientiert!" So gewinnt man aber keine. Ich habe hier vieles gekauft wie Carbonhelm, Jacke, Handschuhe. Aber wenn ich mir die Lösung jetzt ansehe: ok kann mal was kaputt gehen, aber beim 2ten mal und einem weiteren Manko sollte nach KD Wunsch Erstattung erfolgen! Ich arbeite auch im Handel u beim 2. Rügen erstatte dem KD den KP. Hauptsache KD ist zufrieden! U kommt wieder
Ich kann sagen ich bBirgit der Lösung und mangelnde Qualität des Produktes inzwischen sehr unzufrieden
