Great product and easy to use. Highly recommend

Smoke installation though it does take some trial and error to find most comfortable location for speakers and to lean the various buttons to activate the different features. I’m somewhat hearing impaired so having a bit of a problem with volume.

First of all, I believe that all comm systems are too backward. My first helmet was Schuberth C4 with Sean SC1 Advance. I thought that it is shit, but I liked integrated opportunity and changeable battery. Now after Freecom 4+ I understand that it’s good for voice commands, universality and JBL headphones, but you get no replaceable battery and very hard to deal with buttons. So as for me it’s good if your friends use Cardo, but if you and your friends use latest versions of Schuberth, than get SC1 or SC2 and be happy. It’s still good within all options in market.

Im happy with the freecom 4+, the voice control is amazing and JBL speakers are loud..Highly recommeded

It is more than perfect but only issue was the box for it wasn't sealed and opened, some items were missing, after I contacted FC Moto they replied to me dirctley and send me the missing stuff.

Sehr gute Sprachqualität, sehr gute Sound Qualität. Der Sprachassistent nervt etwas, aber den kann man über die App deaktivieren.
Funktioniert sehr gut, obwohl ich nicht direkt das Smartphone gekoppelt habe, sondern nur das Navi (Garmin Zumo XT) welches Musik und Anruf vom Telefon (Oppo FindX Pro) an das Cardo weiter gibt. Daher ist das Cardo bei mir im Betrieb nicht mit der App verbunden, was einige Funktionalitäten einschränkt, mich aber nicht stört. Nutze es zu 90% eh nur um Musik zu hören.
Akku hält lange durch. Bin gestern fast 10h mit laufender Musik gefahren, gegen Mittag hat es gemeckert, dass der Akku fast leer wäre (vorher nicht geladen und mehrere Tage genutzt) Abends als ich daheim war, lief es immer noch

Nach anfänglicher Ratlosigkeit wegen die Platzierung wegen integrierter Sonnenvisier bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Verbindung zum Handy ist stabil und auch beim Telephonieren. Das gegenüber merkt nicht das ich mit 80 über die Landstrasse fahre.

Das Cardo Freecom 4+ ist soweit ganz gut zu gebrauchen. Nur die Sprachsteuerung ist eine KATASTROPHE

Ik was even bezig met inbouwen in mijn Nolan N100-5 helm. Vooral omdat de JBL speakers niet in de uitsparing passen. Die moet je dus iets groter maken, maar dat is piepschuim en dus prima te doen. Je helm moet wel grotendeels uit elkaar, maar ook dat is niet erg ingewikkeld. De plakstrip voor de bediening buitenop plakt goed. Alleen de plakstrip voor de microfoon plakt niet zo goed. Dat is echter niet erg, want die microfoon zit toch stevig vast tussen je wangkussens.

Eenvoudig in gebruik te nemen (pairen was snel gedaan, zowel met mijn iPhone 7 als met mijn Garmin zumo 350. En het resultaat is geweldig. Goed geluid, duidelijke aanwijzingen. Het geluid van de Garmin zelf is alleen nogal blikkerig.

Zeer eenvoudig te installeren op mijn Scorpion Exo tech pulse helm. Fijne en heldere geluids weergave dankzij de JBL speakers.Een echte aanrader ook qua bediening heel eenvoudig heb er veel plezier van dit product.

Comecei a usar e até agora muito satisfeito. Ainda não experimentei emparelhar com outros sistemas. Os comandos por voz facilitam muito enquanto conduzimos a mota. Qualidade de som fantástica, Muito satisfeito.

22年11月購入。ウインターライダー半年使用後のコメントです。Excellent！インカムは初購入です。通信目的ではなくBluetoothearphoneでの音楽を聞く手段変更目的でした。JBLSound最高です！
取り付けはYouTube映像にて煩雑差も無く理解。工具無しで大丈夫です。ヘルメットは、Arai Tour-Ⅲ、内装を外しての位置決めがかなり重要です。取り付け後のヘルメット着用しながらの微調整がJBLSound品質の発揮に大きく影響します。調整が完璧になったら、走行時はすごく快適な音響空間がライディングをサポートします！全音域はもちろん、JBLならではの低音域はお見事。Queenの"HOTSPACE"、宇多田ヒカルの各albumなどは低音域の迫力に見事に対応しきります。
現在はソロツーリングオンリーなので通信機能は未使用ですが、今後に備えの機能確保です。インナーマイクでの動作指示は100%対応が難しい。発音悪い？電話機能はHANDSloessにて問題なし。納期は1週間でしっかり届きました。システムのupdateにパソコンが必要なのが面倒(Androidスマホなのでスマホ単独での対応可が欲しかった)
日本へは並行輸入品となりますが、品質等のトラブルが無い現時点では、低コスト購入のメリットを大きく感じています。スピーカー口径アップへの対応を進めていきたい。
総合点、Excellent！

Wirklich bessere klang im Vergleich zum vorherigen Modellen.
Nach Update als interkom funktioniert tandemlose. Eine kleine - fürs Sprachsteuerung, es funktioniert bei mir nur meistens gut aber vielleicht ist mein Helm Schuld (zu laut).
Wer nicht mehr als zu 4 fährt würde ich es sehr empfehlen.

Installatie van de Cardo in de helm is snel gedaan.
Verbinding maken met een mobiel toestel of een andere rijder (die ook beschikt over Cardo) gaat vlekkeloos. De cardo app is handig, maar biedt niet veel extra instellingsopties.
Zeer tevreden over dit product!

bin zufrieden! Die Verbindung zu einem anderen Kommunikationssystem konnte ich noch nicht prüfen, aber sonst bin ich mit der Verbindung zum Handy sehr zu frieden.

Uso um capacete modular e estou muito satisfeito, sem dúvida uma boa compra

Расстроен качеством продукта - ожидал большего:
1. Звук - если слушать на средней громкости - сойдет. Но удивило что когда делаешь громкость на максимум на телефоне, а при этом на гарнитуре даже не на макс - звук становится ужасным, динамики не вытягивают низкие и высокие частоты, все хрипит как в китайской гарнитуре за 10$
2. Реальной работы шумоподавления не слышно при прослушивании музыки (сравниваю с моими старенькики Bose QC 35)
3. Иногда подглючивают, например когда колесиком хочешь уменьшить или увеличить громкость
4. При входящем звонке они не называют контакт, кто звонит и даже не диктуют что за номер звонит, хотя даже китайская гарнитура за 10$ это умеет
5. Я не смог соединить их с ноунейм китайской гарнитурой, как не пытался.
6. Обращался в поддержку Cardo на их сайте несколько раз. Не отвечают.

Very good general quality, very good sound quality. Easy to use while riding. It wasn't very easy to pair with a Sena unit but after figuring out how to pair, it works really well, although, the manual does not explains it very well.

Product worked but left a little to be disired with voice commands! I was very disappointed with the vendor. When purchased I believed I was buying for a great price and was willing to wait. Shipping took about a week. No problem there since i purchased for what i thought was a good price! The issue I had was with DHL emailing to advise there would be additional cost for duty/customs which I believed was covered in the price as I did not see any details of this when purchasing on the fc moto site. In the end I ended up paying much more then what the product is actually worth due to customs and delivery. Buy local, lesson learned. I will never purchase off this site again for this reason. I'm sure this won't get published for others to see but some transparency with regards to all applicable charges should be told to buyers prior to purchase!

I was very sceptic to this product. I was looking on the internet reviews and even that I didn't know if it is a good choice. The intercom came in and was installed and have to say I don't regret any peny. It's an absolutely amazing device. I highly recommend it.

The sound quality and usability are advantages of this product undoubtedly. The Natural Voice Operation is also a helpful feature that makes you focus on the road conditions while riding the motorbike.

sauf petit point négatif par rapport à la molette, celle-ci touche régulièrement soit le col du blouson soit les épaules en tournant la tête, il aurait fallu la positionner au-dessus

Bought this compack for my AGV Corsa R helmet.

-Yes and true, the Corsa R helmet does NOT have inserts for the speakers, BUT if your ears are not huge and stand out, you can still use the speakers with out getting pressure or hotspots on your ears. Just takes a little while to find the correct speaker placement..

Using it for communication:
It can be a hassle to get the Cardo to connect, I believe that this is an issue with all com devices. Once you do get them connected everything works great. I have NOT tried to connect my Cardo compack to an other compack manufacturer like Sena. When using it in communication mode, the speaker sound is clear, even wearing earplugs. You won't need any excess volume to hear your buddy/s. If you are more than two connected you need to be riding some what close or you will loose connection, but once close enough again, it will connect you back into the "chain"...

Using it:
It takes a while to getting used to the buttons. I can't get the voice commands to work, so I gave up on "Hey Cardo"
I am a little worried about how the compack clips to the helmet mount, the release button for the unit feels kinda like one of the buttons, press it by mistake and you'll loose your unit....
The battery life is amazingly good, lasts a whole day.
Before starting to use the Cardo compack. Go to the Cardo homepage, search for the model and DO EXACTLY what it says on the page about how to update the firmware and once you done that, then download the app to your phone and connect the phone to the Cardo unit... Mess those steps and you'll just end up cursing...

Using it as a music player while riding:
Just connect the Cardo unit to your phone by Bluetooth and it will work as any other wireless/Bluetooth speaker system. Only thing that sucks while playing music is, the volume can't, for some reason, be raised no where near as high as when you just use it as a com device with your buddy/s. In com mode even though I wear earplugs, I had to set the volume lower, BUT when I listen to music, then the volume can't be raised enough to where I'd wan't it. Phone volume is at full and so is the volume in the Cardo and it's still to low, the music will get a bit lost in wind and exhaust sound.... -FIX this Cardo!!!!

Any way... It is still a good unit and I am happy that I bought it, makes the ride so much more fun when you can talk with your buddy/s, not having to rely on signing and shouting... and If you ride alone you can listen to your favorite tunes may it only be at low volume...

Ik heb zelf een Sena , heb deze voor mijn dochter gekocht maar is er erg blij mee prestaties zijn ook beter dan mijn Sena . En top geluid met jbl.
