Muy bien todo muy correcto
Perfecta integración en el Schubert E1 y muy buena calidad.
Muy buena calidad de sonido y magnífico el precio obtenido con el descuento. Aún no lo he usado demasiado y se adapta perfectamente al Schubert E1. Se puede configurar fácilmente con una año externa.
Mejorable algunos aspectos en los que coincido con otros comentarios: los comandos de voz a veces fallan, tacto de los botones con guantes y tener que andar metiendo y sacando el cablecito de carga. A veces uso el Caberg síntesis abatible con su intercomunicador original (sin comandos de voz) y los dos últimos aspectos están bastante mejor resueltos.
Lo recomiendo y le doy 4,5* (por las posibilidades de mejora)

En general funciona bien y tiene muchas posibilidades. Sin embargo, sus comandos por voz fallan con frecuencia y al conectar dos teléfonos móviles se bloquea.
De todos modos, lo recomiendo por su calidad de sonido aceptable y su excelente adaptación al casco Schuberth C3 Pro, en mi caso.

Adaptan muy bien al casco, una pega es el cable de carga que cada vez lo tienes que sacar y esconder en un lateral del casco. Los botones son más cómodos de los intercomunicadores externos.

Arrived packaged very well. The instructions were clear enough to install and set up, it was not complicated for me. Very happy with the sound quality and when talking over the phone to others. I only use it for phone calls, and to listen music, but it does it very well. No experiences to provide for pairing with other bike riders yet. The system is very well integrated into the helmet. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Produktet ble mottatt og testet. Den ene høyttaleren i headsettet ga ikke lyd. Headset ble returnert med beskrivelse av feil 29.07.2020 og siden har jeg ikke fått noen oppfølging.
Varer kan ha feil, men reklamasjoner må håndteres langt mer proaktivt!

Avendo già il casco Schuberth C3 Pro ho scelto di acquistare il sistema di comunicazione dedicato SRC System. Il sistema è di facile installazione, basta seguire le semplici istruzioni sul manuale o guardare i tutorial che si trovano facilmente su YouTube. È sufficiente rimuovere il collare alla base del casco e sostituirlo con quello SRC, poi installare i velcro all'interno nelle sedi degli auricolari e farvi aderire gli auricolari stessi.
Il sistema si carica con il cavo in dotazione in circa 3 ore e poi ha una lunga durata, è possibile modificarne le impostazioni tramite il sito di Cardo oppure con l'App dedicata. Può essere collegato tramite Bluetooth a uno smartphone oppure direttamente a un sistema di comunicazione (nel mio caso, ad esempio, che ho uno scooter BMW con sistema Connectivity l'ho connesso direttamente a quest'ultimo).
In seguito quindi è possibile ascoltare musica, effettuare o ricevere chiamate ed ascoltare anche le istruzioni vocali del navigatore. Unico neo a mio avviso il volume di uscita un po' basso, probabilmente si è trattato di una scelta in favore della sicurezza per non isolare dai rumori della strada.
In sostanza quindi un buon prodotto, un po' caro come è tradizione del marchio tedesco ma che si fa apprezzare come compagno di viaggio negli spostamenti quotidiani.

Resientemente he comprado un intercomunicador y cuando lo recibo es de segunda mano incluso viene la funda rota por la esquina del micro cuando intento ponerme en contacto con ellos me dicen no ablamos la lengua nativa pues en la página cuando compro si hablan mi lengua y cuando por fin consigo contactar con ellos toda las respuestas te las dan en alemán, luego la devolución me cuesta 70 euros sin ninguna garantía de que me devuelvan un producto nuevo o el dinero no volveré a comprar ningún producto en esa página y por supuesto en los foros donde nos movemos los moteros no habrá buenos comentarios de esta página

Ho eseguito l’ordine il 02/08 ma non mi è stato consegnato ho contattato via mail fc-moto che mi ha risposto che il corriere stà restituendo il pacco? preciso che non mi è stato lasciato nessun avviso di consegna da parte di DHL, quindi mi sarebbe stato riaccreditato l’impirto dell’acquisto, ho ricontattato dopo un mese, all’inizio di settembre fa-moto ed ancora attendono in sede il pacco, ma a tutt’oggi 09/09/2019 non ho ricevuto ne la merce acquistata e nemmeno il rimborso???

It’s a little hard to install, you really have to work to get it to fit. I have a L E1 and ordered the L SRC, I almost send it back because initially I couldn’t get it to fit but with a little effort I was able to get it in!

het src-systeem inzetten in de helm was verre van eenvoudig, tenslotte met schroevedraaier de plastic boord in de uitholling moeten forceren.
Maar éénmaal geïnstalleerd, werkt het quasi perfect. Jammer genoeg geen dmg files om via een Mac de firmware te installeren. USb herkent ook het systeem niet.

Zeer tevreden over het product.
Hiervoor de basic sec c3. Deze heeft beter radio ontvangst het verwisselen van zenders is ook verbeterd.
Het koppelen met het navigatiesysteem gaf wat problemen, ik denk dat de handleiding niet helemaal klopt. Uiteindelijk procedure van mijn vorige systeem gevolgd. Toen lukte het koppelen wel.

Après montage je me suis rendu compte que le micro ne fonctionne pas. La qualité de réception est bonne, suis pas sur que je reprendrais le même produit, le boîtier que l'on fixe sur le coté me semble plus pratique à l'utilisation.

Habe dieses für meine Sozia bestellt, da ich das Produkt bereits länger für mein Navi als Sprachausgabe nutze und möchte in der der Saison 2020 mit Gegensprechfunktion mit meiner Sozia kommunizieren, was bisher noch nicht machbar war. Kann aber im Frühjahr einen Bericht dazu erstellen.
Im Allgemeinen muss vor Nutzung erst geübt werden vor allem wie man die Knöpfe mit dem Handschuh trifft.

Bien évidemment il a été fait pour le casque. Donc bonne intégration au casque et montage simple sans difficulté particulière.
Par contre y a t'il besoin de toutes ces fonctions notamment de la radio ? Et puis pourquoi faut-il "gueuler" dans le micro pour déclencher par exemple l'intercom malgré une configuration "sensible" du déclenchement ? De plus les boutons ne sont pas facilement appréhendés avec des gants d'été... Alors qu'est-ce que ça doit être avec des gants d'hiver !!! Enfin trop de combinaisons à effectuer (en roulant) pour avoir tel ou tel fonction... Ce n'est pas assez intuitif et convivial d’utilisation. Sinon bon produit, bien fini et à priori de bonne qualité (pour le prix, j'espère !). A voir maintenant dans le temps...

Door out of stock van tal van concurrenten, uiteindelijk bij FC Moto terechtgekomen en veel scherpere prijs.. Product in de bus binnen 2 dagen. Direct geïnstalleerd, beetje problemen met user manual (gelukkig snel opgevolgd door Schubert), geregistreerd en profiel aangemaakt. Mede dankzij app, nu probleemloos door het verkeer! FM radio werkt veel beter dan Sena. SRC C3 pro, nog steeds een aanrader, ondanks nieuw product (C4)

Ich gebe dem Produkt einen Stern lediglich auf den Einbau und den Tragekomfort.
Eigentlich hatte ich mir bei Schubert eine bessere Qualität erhofft. Wir haben beide den C3 Helm. Einbau... innerhalb von drei Minuten. Kopplung mit dem Handy war auch kein Problem. Bei der Kopplung untereinander sah das schon anders aus. Nach einigem hin und her hat es dann funktioniert. Also drauf aufs Motorrad und los. Wärend der Fahrt trennte sich das System. Bei maximal einem Meter Abstand mehr als verwunderlich. Angehalten neu gekoppelt und weiter. Diesmal konnte ich meine Begleiterin nicht hören, sie wiederum verstand alles wunderbar. Nach 20km verstand ich dann auch mal was.
Radiofunktion... ohne Worte. Kannst du echt weg lassen. In der Stadt ok, aber über Land, oder sogar durchs Gebirge...
Den 2. Stern bekommt FC-Moto für die Möglichkeit des 4 wöchigen Rückversandes und den unkomplizierten Austausch mit einem andere System. Wenn ich dieses getestet habe, dann gibt es wieder einen Erfahrungsbericht.

Un peu complexe
Produit cher, performant, complet mais trop compliqué pour un usage courant. Les boutons sont difficiles à manipuler avec des gants. La version soft doit être suffisante. Il faut plusieurs combinaisons de boutons à mémoriser pour s'en servir. Pas facile de réfléchir et rester attentif à la circulation en roulant... La combinaison casque et radio avoisine les 1000€, c'est beaucoup trop!!!

Se trata de un magnifico intercomunicador, una vez colocado en el Schuberth E1 queda perfecto, no tiene ningún tipo de complicación a la hora de instalarlo, en cuanto a calidad es lo mejor que he tenido hasta ahora y llevo varios en distintos modelos de cascos!, la calidad de sonido tato en llamada telefónica como en audio (MP3) es magnifica.
Comentar también que aunque tiene un precio elevado, merece la pena para esta marca de casco y no hay tanta diferencia con otras marcas de calidad y nunca quedarían integrados como este sistema. para mi un ¨10¨
Estou convicto que este produto que tenha alguma qualidade, por isso mesmo é que o comprei, só depois de atestar na estrada é que poderei dizer alguma coisa;

Kommunikasjon mellom flere brukere fungerer godt. Er ikke fornøyd med FM radioen. Dårlig mottaker som medfører dårlig radio opplevelse. FM nettet forsvinner for øvrig i løpet av 2017, så det burde være mulighet for oppgradering til DAB+.

1. При открытии коробки нет ощущения, что это новый продукт. Такое ощущение, что это выставочный экспонат или уже кто-то этим пользовался.
2. Собеседник меня практически не слышит (не о каком кристальном, цифровом звучании нет и речи).
3. При попытке обновить, программа гарнитуру не видит.
Я бы не рекомендовал данный магазин, для покупки электронных девайсов.

difficile la reception FM
Não é muito comodo de usar mas as funcionalidades são muito interessantes. Uso muito a função rádio.
Uso a função rádio que, apesar de, por vezes, não captar bem o sinal é muito útil para mim. Não é muito cómodo, mas nunca usei outros sistemas no capacete. Se a velocidade aumentar acima dos 100 pouco consigo ouvir no rádio e acredito que na música também. O capacete perde capacidade de insonorização com o sistema.

Producto de calidad, tengo otro intercomunicador SRC en un casco C2 y al cambiar de casco he decidido seguir con el mismo sistema, como pega, con guantes, los botones son un poco dificiles de localizar al tacto. por lo demás todo perfecto, con buena cobertura y nitidez en la escucha.

Voordeel men kan alles regelen via een iPhone 6s.
Radio kwaliteit kan wat beter m.b.t. de RDS.
De knoppen bedienen is wel niet eenvoudig, maar dat is bij alle systemen idem.
Spijtig dat Schubert de microfoon en de luidspreker niet standaard in haar helmen inbouwt, zoals bij één van hun ander modellen.

Ganz gut!
Ich bin eher unerfahren mit Kommunikationssystemen. Habe das SRC in meinen C3 Pro selbst eingebaut. Die Installation ging problemlos dank Youtube. Man darf beim Herausnehmen des Originalkragens nicht zimperlich sein. Der neue Kragen ist etwas wulstiger, was beim Tragen des Helmes allerdings nicht wirklich einen grossen Unterschied macht. Viel mehr fiel auf, dass das Mikrofon etwas im Weg von der Klappe ist und das Zuklappen des Helmes nun etwas mehr Druck braucht.
Die Software zu updaten hat nicht ganz auf Anhieb geklappt, habe es aber hinbekommen. Die Einstellungen per Computer / Software zu regeln war ein Kinderspiel. Man darf seinem SRC sogar einen eigenen Namen geben. Pairing mit iphone und BMW Nav V war ebenfalls einfach und problemlos. Das Bedienen ueber die App hat auch tadellos geklappt. Lautstaerke von Musik und Anrufen ist ok. Ich hatte es leiser erwartet, weil einige Bewertungen diesen Punkt kritisieren. Den Radioempfang finde ich etwas schwach im Vergleich zu meinem Autoradio. Da haette ich ein staerkeres Signal erwartet, hat der Helm doch eine integrierte Antenne.
Die Intercom-Funktion konnte ich leider noch nicht testen, weil ich niemanden kenne, der auch ein SRC hat. Ich habe die Vox Funktion abgeschaltet, weil sich beim ersten mal Husten das Radio abgeschaltet hat. Damit habe ich wohl 30% von dem, was das System gut macht, einfach abgestellt, aber Ich wusste nicht mehr weiter. Musste stoppen, Helm aus, aus und anschalten, und dann ging es wieder. Ich bin mit dem Geraet halt noch nicht so vertraut.
Was durch die Bank alle kritisieren ist die Betaetigung der Knoepfe mit Handschuhen. Das kann ich leider bloss bestaetigen. Es ist wirklich fast unmoeglich, die Knoepfe per Gefuehl durch den Handschuh korrekt zu identifizieren. Habe mir ueberlegt, die Fingerkuppe von Handschuh abzuschneiden, dafuer ist er mir aber zu schade.
Was ich toll finde ist, dass man alles selbst machen kann, also Einstellungen aendern, Software Updates fahren, etc.. Zudem hat das Geraet einen relativ aktuellen Bluetooth Standard mit richtig gut Reichweite. 1000m sollen es sein. Das finde ich sehr optimistisch. Aber selbst wenn es bloss die Haelfte sind, dann ware das schon eine echt vernuenftige Reichweite, um mit einem Mitfahrer zu schnacken. Danach gibt es ja noch die Option Handy.
Der Preis ist recht heftig.
Ich kann mich leider nicht darueber aeussern, ob es bessere Systeme fuer kleineres Geld gibt. Mir gefaellt, dass dieses System sauber in den Helm passt und dass ich keinen Klumpen aussen am Helm haengen habe. Das ist aber Geschmacksache. Ich bin froh, dass ich das Geraet gekauft habe.
Die Bestellung ueber FC-Moto ins Ausland ging auch wieder einmal komplett reibungslos. 2 Thumbs up!
Sehr gut mit Nähe zum Optimum
Die Aufrüstung für den Helm lohnt sich unbedingt. Wie in anderen Bewertungen finde auch ich, dass der Einbau einfacher sein könnte, aber ich kam gut damit zurecht. Wenn das Mikro aktiviert ist und der passende Aufsatz gewählt wird klappt die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Radio und Navianschluss sowie Sprachsteuerung sind auch ok. Die Antenne für den Radioempfang könnte etwas besser sein, da ist man vom Auto besseres gewöhnt.

Grundsätzlich sind die Erfahrungen gut.
Einzigstes Manko ist das Radio was bei jedem laut gesprochenem Wort anspringt. Auch die Sendereinstellung finde ich nicht geglückt.
Alle anderen Bedienugselemente sind einfach und gut zu händeln.

Gut mit Einschränkungen!
Der Einbau ist etwas tricky gewesen! Die Pins hielten nicht, wo sie sollten, die Kederleiste wollte dann nicht dahin, wo sie sollte, somit hiel der zweite Pin auch nicht.
Lösung: zwei zusätzliche Hände, eine Person fixiert den Helm, Nr2 baut ein!
Zur Tonqualität: ordentlich aber nicht berauschend, vor allem aber zu leise!
Die Steuerung über VOX funktioniert teilweise, Kopplung mit dem Handy und der dazugehörigen App klappte problemlos!
Bemängeln muss ich die Bedienung mit Handschuhen! Da ist der Komfort leider nicht vorhanden, die Tasten sind zu nahe beieinander!!!
Wie lange das Schwanenhalsmikrofon das ständige Hin- und Herbiegen mitmacht - was bei dem E1 unablässig ist - steht noch aus!
Mein Fazit lautet: zu leise, Bedienung und Funktion verbesserungsfähig und somit zu teuer! Allerdings ist die Radioempfangsqualität gut und die Möglichkeit auch das Navi über Bluetooth laufen zu lassen gab die Entscheidung zum Kauf!
Mein altes System war ein BT Midland EVA, welches sich mit Handschuhen bestens bedienen lässt und auch eine lautere, deutlichere Sprachwiedergabe hat - und günstiger ist!!!

I have it for few months now, but i was away the most of the time so I haven't really used it much. The pairing with gps and phone it was really easy, software worked fine, another good thing is that instead of pairing other devices in your "buddies" list you can put just phone numbers that you use often and you can call them just saying their name. Setting up the unit all worked fine but the few times that I've used it I had the same problem.
Half way through the ride the volume start dropping and I had no control of the unit, none of the buttons were working I had to wait for the battery to drain completely. I will have to test it few more times to make sure if the unit is faulty.

Habe das System seit 1,5 Jahren.Die Sprachqualität ist mittelmässig.Nach kurzer Zeit wird die Verbundung unterbrochen und nur durch Hineinbrüllen in das direkt vor dem Mund befindliche Micro springt das Teil wieder an.Die Koppelung Navi (TomTom) iPhone Cardo ist mühselig und funktioniert oftmals gar nicht trotzdem alles Einstellungen gemacht sind. Das Laden der Helme ist einfach ein Anachronismus .Stecker rausfummeln , anschliessen ..danach Stecker raus und mühselig wieder in die Helminnenauskleidung reinfummeln wie wärs denn mal mit Induktion? Alles in Allem ernüchternd und der Preis ist schlichtweg Wucher.

I found the system easy to fit following the instruction manual , it was easy to set up the VOX system , the simplicity of use is remarkable , easy to learn how it operates . As for the speakers no complaints with sound as good as the competition and in my view better . It has a real quality product feel , buy it, you will not be disappointed.

The perfect match for the C3 Pro. It will pair with other Cardo systems too and can be customised via the app. Having had other Cardo products I find the battery life isn't as good. Overall, it's an excellent product.
VOX does not work
Brought two systems. One worked well but in the 2nd unit the VOX did not work and after sales service from Schuberth was poor. Unit was sent back to customer still not working. Also found issues with the collar of the unit not seating well into a smaller ladies helmet

Funciona y tiene un sonido de lujo. Se acopla perfectamente tanto al casco Schuberth al C3 PRO como al Schuberth E1. A más de 120 km/ h. El sonido estereo, se oye perfectamente y es sencillo de manejo incluso con los guantes puestos un vez te has acoplado a sus botones.
Etwas fummelig aber im Ergebnis ganz ordentich
Der Wechsel vom Standard zum Kommunikationssystem gestaltet sich beim C3 pro etwas fummelig. einige Kabel scheinen zu lang, andere recht knapp bemessen. Einmal montiert, fühlt man eine deutliche Verändering der Passform, die aber nicht zwingend unangenehm ist. (Mir persönlich wurde es an den Ohren trotz der recht flachen Speaker etwas zu eng. Die Laufzeit der Batterie könnte länger und die Ladezeit kürzer ausfallen. Die ordentliche Tonwiedergabe und die recht unkomplizierte Verbindung mit Smartphone (iPhone 7) und Navi (zumo 396) lassen dann insgesamt aber die Note 3 angemessen erscheinen.
