The fit is spot on, like an outdoor shoe. Medium width. I have narrowish feet and it feels really comfy. I wear UK 8 in outdoor boots and I ordered a 42 and I can wear normal socks in them. I hoped they would be a little cooler, but with PU coated leather that was an idle wish. Still the vents work really well and they breathe better than my waterproof (non-GTX) boots. The calf is tight fitting over my leathers, my calves are normal, not overly sporty. The shifting is good and they feel pretty safe, with the stiffer and titanium parts. I have used them for my daily commute. For the discounted price I will fully recommend them.

44, is a little big, I usually get 9 5 US.
