A Great upgrade from my rf1200 for the track and the street.
Very quiet, good aerodynamics and alot of features.
Maybe not the best of Sena headset but it's doable.

Ce casque est d’un confort et d’une aérodynamique parfaite.
On ne ressent aucune pression sur les cervicales quand on prend de la vitesse en Roadster.

Vous vous demandiez comment faisaient les pilotes de GP pour sortir la Tête de la bulle à 300km/h ? Avec ce casque vous le saurez.

Cependant, ce casque est plutôt bruyant. (Par rapport à son petit frère le NXR).
Pas dans le sens « pas assez isolé », mais la ventilation très efficace ce fait entendre.

Donc si vous chercher le silence, prenez un NXR !

Ce casque est enveloppant et confortable, la vision est optimum surtout avec cette possibilité d’augmenter les degrés vers le haut lorsqu’on est sur circuit le nez dans la bulle. Sur route et autoroute, il ne bouge pas et aucun bruit parasite. Je suis vraiment ravi de mon acquisition, je recommande.

I ride a 150cc bike. The current motorcycle gear I own outprices my bike by about 1 to 8 as I own a full set of Alpinestars gear accompanied with a one piece leather suit and so on.
I was looking for a helmet to buy for a long while and I was thinking of an AGV but apparently so the X-Spirit III, or X14 in America is renowned as one of the top performing motorcycle helmets out there. It is extremely sleek looking and freakishly comfortable despite the 1400gr weight, you would forget you had it on your head if not for the excellent noise cancellation. The moment you put the helmet on you find peace and serenity.
Definetly one of my best buys.
One note, because of the safety ratings, replacement visors are not as dark as some other brands. They are however concealling.

Seit Erscheinen des X-Spirit-Modells möchte ich keinen anderen Helm mehr. Habe nach X-Spirit I und X-Spirit II nun den X-Spirit III gekauft u. bin wieder begeistert (Fahrleistung ca. 15.000 km pro Jahr, Langstrecken-Touren u. Rennstrecke). Qualitativ innen und außen perfekt auch Version I und II immer noch nach vielen Jahren

X-Spirit I u. X-Spirit II (Jahresfahrleistung ca. 15000 KM Langstrecken-Touren u. Rennstrecke) waren bereits spitze in Aerodynamik, Belüftung, Design, Passform u. Sicherheit (mit X-Spirit I Rennstreckensturz-Erfahrung). Der X-Spirit III übertrifft meine hohen Erwartungen nochmals in allen Punkten. Jederzeit wieder

Como suele ocurrir con los cascos Shoei, es un producto de calidad, bien fabricado y rematado y se da por descontado que sea de los más seguros. El forro interior es de calidad y la ventilación, aunque no lo he probado en días de calor, es excelente. La visera tiene una calidad sorprendente siendo muy clara incluso con el pinlock puesto. Anteriormente usaba un Shoei XR1100 y se nota una diferencia considerable de una visera a otra.

La talla S es adecuada para 55 cm de contorno de cabeza aunque al principio parece demasiado pequeño; con el acolchado que viene de fábrica, en unos días se ha adaptado perfectamente a mi cabeza y me resulta muy cómodo.

Pese a lo parece cuando lo llevas puesto antes de iniciar la marcha, las gafas no se empañan en días fríos incluso con la visera bajada por completo. En el anterior tenía que llevar la visera en la primera posición que deja unos milímetros abierta la visera. Está muy bien ventilado, sin que te de el aire frío directamente en los ojos (en el anterior me pasaba) y el se nota la ventilación en las mejillas que en verano debe de ser agradable.

Tiene un par de detalles un poco fastidiosos: la pestaña que lleva para levantar la visera es demasiado pequeña y con guantes de invierno resulta complicado. También es verdad que, con el uso, se ha ido ablandando la bisagra y ya no resulta tan difícil de abrir en marcha como en los primeros días.

Por otro lado, resultan también complicados de manipular con guantes incluso no muy gruesos las palancas de las tomas de aire.

Esos dos pequeños detalles hacen que, al menos para mí, su uso sea algo menos satisfactorio de lo esperado. Es verdad también que la apertura de la visera se ha ido ablandando y que, al estar bien ventilado y no empañarse tanto las gafas, no es tan necesario abrir en marcha la visera o las tomas de aire.

También me gustaría que llevara una palanca como la que llevaba el XR1100 para dejar la visera abierta unos milímetros o bloquearla. Más útil y fácil de manejar.

Quitando esos pequeños detalles, probablemente sólo fastidiosos con frío y para los que tenemos que llevar gafas graduadas, es un caco excelente. Es también bastante más silencioso de lo que esperaba, sin ser ésa su mejor virtud, especialmente con la ventilación que tiene.

En marcha no molesta nada y la aerodinámica es buenísima, también.

En resumen: recomendable en todo caso.

Todo perfecto también en el pedido y en la entrega. Y un buen precio aún mejor con el descuento de otoño.

El la segunda vez que compro él x spirit de shoei y estoy contento con este modelo la verdad.Después de varias comparativas encontré esta página donde el precio es realmente competitivo y el pedido me llego en 6 días.

Bester Helm den ich je gefahren bin. Aerodynamisch Top, Visier mit großem Sichtfeld und sehr guter Rasterung. Belüftung erstklassig.

Bästa hjälm jag haft. Då jämför jag tex med min föregående hjälm som var en Shoei XR1000. 1 Lättare att sätta på sig. 2 Du ser ut under hjälmkanten på ett mycket bättre sätt vid aktiv bankörning. 3 Fantastiskt bra aerodynamik!

light, ventilation is very good, easy to install new visors. I love the matt black color. One of the best racing helmet i owned. Very suitable for narrow shaped head shapes. Opening the visor with gloves is sometimes difficult as due to the positioning, you press the visor lock switch Instead

Muy comodo, especialmente trabajada la ventilacion y aerodinamica del casco.
Respecto al cierre de la visera funciona perfectamente, ademas de incorporar aceite de vaselina para lubricar la goma del mismo cierre.
Una muy buena opcion calidad precio, pues cuenta con la maxima pintuacion en los tests SHARP de resistencia a impactos.

Flows a good amount of air and is considerably quiet. High shoei quality you expect. The only issues I have are some of the vents are a bit cumbersome to handle with gloves, the shield lock takes some time to get used to and the matt paint scratches quiet easily.

ligehter, firm, low noise, wide sight, sharp shape, I like it so mcuh. This my fourth SHOEI X SPIRITS 3, I will purchase new model in 2017 if it could be showned I think. The best helemet.

Die belüftung ist sehr gut auch wenn man sich erstmal daran gewöhnen muss dass der Kopf so belüftet wird.... was man aber sehr schnell zu schätzen lernt. das sichtfeld nach oben hin ist gut so dass man auch bei einem tiefen Hanging off weit aus der Kurve sieht (AGV-Pista ist da zwar besser aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau)

Er liegt ruhig im Fahrtwind und trägt sich sehr komfortabel, gerade wenn man bedenkt dass er für den Motorsport konzipiert wurde. Ausserdem ist mir neulich aufgefallen dass er auch bei Kaltem Wetter sehr gut abdichtet und angenehm warm von innen ist. Und bei komplett geschlossener Belüftung genug Luftumsatz hatte dass nichts beschlagen ist.

Da ich ihn in kurzer Zeit 2 mal kaufen musste kann ich bestätigen dass er auch im Ernstfall einen klasse Job macht. dieser Selbsttest und all die anderen faktoren finde ich überzeugend und so bin ich froh mich für ihn entschieden zu haben.
