The chest and shoulder protectors and ribs paddings are equipped with the Net3 Technology, our innovative structure made of nitrile anti-shock rubber with patented 3D net technology, result of accurate studies that allowed us to obtain a winning match of shape+material composition of high performing rate guaranteeing a substantial impact energy absorption power, ensuring then the maximum protection. Bought this for BMX race after suffering a seperated AC joint, followed by surgery. Provides level 2 protection for shoulders, which was hard to find in Australia at a resonable price point, or without being too bulky. Sizing was perfect based upon the Zandona charts. Really good fit overall, and shoulder pads sit perfectly. Haven't crashed in it yet - and hopefully never do, so cannot rate the protection. Shipped to Western Australia with no problems.
