Wear this as an armor layer over a long sleeve shirt and under a jersey or jersey and jacket. Movement is unrestricted, armor is well-placed and materials are first quality. My only problems is with putting on a jersey (or removing same) as the armor in the back catches on the fabric of the jersey as I attempt to remove it. The chest plate fits into a sleeve on the opposite side of the zipper and takes a moment to align and engage. Once I am set with the jacket on, it disappears and moves with me. I feel secure in this garment and believe it will protect me should I need it. Price was quite good, esp. compared to some merchants here in America. My Finnish GF is happy that I purchased Rukka too!
