First, aside from the super expensive new all-carbon AGV, this is the lightest modular around; lighter than many many full-face helmets. For me it is also a very comfortable helmet; I especially like the liner which seems cooler than any other I've tried here in Southern California's hot summers. It flows good air, but along with that comes some noise. Not extreme, but more than say a Schuberth. I always wear earplugs anyway. The retention system is quick, precise and comfortable for me. The inner shield gives plenty of protection from the Sun and elements, so on a bike with a windscreen, I usually ride with the outer shield open to get more air. If I had any nit to pick, I don't think their paint quality is quite up there with Shoei for durability. Other than that, I couldn't be happier.
