Après mise à jour et paramétrage via l appli cardo mobile la mise en œuvre a été facile.
L autonomie de la batterie est très suffisante.
Seul petit inconvénient C est l accès aux boutons de commandes qui ne sont pas intuitifs et la prise en main n est pas simple.

This is my second unit, lost the first one on one of the very first rides, came off in the wind, I presume because I didn’t have it clicked in correctly. Be extra careful with this!

Otherwise, the button combinations take a little getting used to, but not bad. The voice command I couldn’t get working at all!

the unit won´t start
After receiving the intercom I tried to start it and The unit won´t start. After this I have tried to charge it with two different chargers some hours. The thing is One red light has to glow when the unit is charging but it´s not the case. the unit is dead.

Schnelle Montage, einfache Bedienung, bin sehr zufrieden.
Die Montage an meinem Schuberth E1 war recht einfach und schnell durchgeführt. Habe das Klebepad benutzt; ging schnell und hält sehr gut. Einrichtung des Gerätes geht sehr schnell; Koplung zu allen Geräten funktionerte auch direkt beim ersten Versuch. Radioempfang ist im Vergleich zu älteren Modellen deutlich verbessert. Akkuleistung hat mich auch positiv überrascht. Bin rundum zufrieden.

Below my expectations
I was using a chinese brand - Lexin intercom before and our main issue was to connect in between 4 riders. We bought Cardo Freecom4 as four friends to solve this issue but unfortunately this is also very hard to connect and even the range is very short. After 200 meters you lose connection with other riders. I am overall dissatisfied with this product. Only good thing is the sound quality.

Den enda negativa är att ljudet är lite tunt och ibland svårt att manövrera med knapparna när man kör, för att t.ex. starta Siri måste man trycka in 2 knappar. Men värt pengarna för att kunna lyssna på musik, svara på telefonsamtal och få GPS-anvisningarna.

Nach1200 KM durchs Sauerland mit 2 Motorrädern wobei beide Fahrer ein Cardo Freecom4 benutzten, sind wir vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Produkt.
Einfache Bedingung, hohe Reichweite (1000m und mehr!), sehr gute Sprachqualität und lange akku Laufzeit.

Was will man mehr? Ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen!

Sehr gute Intercomverbindung mit Cardo. Mit Sena-Geräten problemlos gekoppelt und ins Sena-Mesh aufgenommen. Radio-Empfang gut, die Lautsprecher sind laut genug mit gutem Klang. Regenfahrten sind bislang ohne Probleme. Reichweite ist ausreichend, im Gebirge oder Straßenschluchten wirds schnell mal knapp. Für den Preis aber Daumen hoch!

Bin sehr glücklich mit dem Freecom 4. Hatte mir überlegt das Freecom 4+ zu kaufen, aber allein vor dem Preishintergrund finde ich das 4 mehr als ausreichend.
Mag sein, dass das Freecom 4+ wenige mehr Funktionen hat, und vielleicht etwas leichter zu bedienen ist, aber das Freecom 4 ist mehr als ausreichend. Auch der Sound ist gut, sowohl bei Gesprächen als auch bei Musik

Une fois chargé, connecté à l'ordi la configuration est facile. L'installation dans le casque est aussi simple. Je ne lui trouve aucun défaut, après une dizaine de sortie et quelques longs trajets. Il est d'une très bonne autonomie.
Pour mon cas, je roule avec un JET sans visière, la qualité audio est insuffisante, malgré le son au max.
Dans l'ensemble, je suis entièrement satisfait !

Produit déjà connu par le passé que j'ai malheureusement perdu mais toujours aussi fiable.
Attention le firmware n'est pas à jour donc n'oublié pas de le mettre à jour sur le site cardo ;)
De plus avec l'application un vrai bonheur pour adapté la langue et faire ses raccourcis d'appel.
Concernant la distance le firmware fait son job on peut se connecter à 5 voire 6 suivant différents canaux et très bonne entente de tout le monde.

Je recommande vivement ;)

Tolle Sache
Ich habe mich erst vor kurzem mit dem Gedanken getragen mir das Cardo zuzulegen und es war eine gute Entscheidung. Ich fahre seit 35 Jahren und dachte bislang ich benötige sowas nicht. Aber insbesondere das navigieren mit Calumoto hat mir bisher gute Dienste geleistet. Ab und an mal Musik hören ist auch nicht schlecht und auf ner Tour mit ein paar Leuten untereinander zu kommunizieren hat auch was. Ich finde die Bedienung einfach und selbst ich als Frau habe alles alleine in meinen Helm verbaut. Jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal. Super Sache, würde ich wieder kaufen.

Used the cardo videos for instaling the unit, fairly new to motorcycling and had never stripped the lining from a helmet before. Due to the virus, I have not been able to use the rider 2 rider feature yet, but the phone system works well, with good quality feedback from those I have spoken to. The FM radio I used once, again good quality. Prefer to ride listening to the bike though.

Das Gerät an sich ist ganz okay. Leider habe ich enorme Schwierigkeiten gehabt es zum einen mit dem Handy zu verbinden (Gerät wurde ewig nicht erkannt).
Zum anderen kann ich kein Update ziehen, da keiner unserer Computer das Gerät erkennt.

Installation war sehr einfach. Auch die Kopplung mit dem IPhone war nicht schwierig. Probleme sind folgende:
- keine automatische Verbindung mit dem Smartphone (man muss immer in den Kopplungsmodus um die Verbindung erneut herzustellen).
- Apps des Anbieters funktionieren nicht oder lassen sich nicht mit dem Gerät verbinden ( IPhone XS IOS 13.5)
- Der Klang ist echt übel.

Fazit: Das nächste Gerät wird ganz sicher kein Cardo mehr sein.

Direkt mit einer 9-Tägigen Motorradtour zu 4. getestet. Es ist etwas schwierig, die Cardos zu 4. zu verbinden. Leider gibt es manchmal Fehler, sodass man sich neu verbinden muss. Wenn man einmal den Dreh raus hat geht's aber ganz schnell und einfach. Akkulaufzeit ist super! Verbindung funktioniert top! Lautsprecher könnten besser sein aber braucht man nicht unbedingt nur zum reden. Wer viel Musik hören will, sollte sich vielleicht das Freecom 4+ zulegen.

Gestern neu bekommen, lässt sich nicht laden und einschalten!
Ich habe dieses Gerät auf Empfehlung eines Freundes gekauft. Gestern habe ich es neu von FC Moto erhalten. Leider ließ es sich vom ersten Augenblick an nicht laden, geschweige denn einschalten. Es ist einfach tot. Ich habe es mit allen zulässigen Methoden laut Hersteller versucht, leider Fehlanzeige. Bisher muss ich dem Gerät leider schlechte Noten bescheinigen ... aber vielleicht reagiert FC Moto ja auf meine Reklamation und schickt mir ein neues Exemplar mit funktionierender Technik. Anschließend erneuere ich meine Bewertung gerne.

Fungerar bra tillsammans med andra Freecom 4
Tål riktigt ordentligt med regn. Räckvidden är bra. Särskilt då man inte har nåt hinder emellan sig, upp till 700 m. Batteritiden är en hel dag, har kört från kl 08.00 till 19.00 och inte stängt av headsettet överhuvudtaget. Relativt lätt att koppla upp mot andra Freecom4 när väl första parningen är klar.
Good product, recommended as a quality inrercom and sound quality is very good
Overall very good, however there was a fault with the product and this was linked to manufacture.
The boom microphone attachment had not been fitted with the Velco. This is needed to attach to the helmet, therefore I could not attach it easily.
I had to use a hard glue to glue velco to it and then attach it. I should have returned it as it was a manufacture fault and no fault of FC Moto.
However I needed to use it quickly and being an engineer it was a simple fix. Cardo quality control should have identified this before packaging.
I would use FC Moto again, very good motorcycle accessory dealer and thank you for a quick delivery in Corvid 19 times

Having tried several Bluetooth headsets in the past with little or no real success i thought i would try this one.
It is miles better than anything else i have tried. Very clear and precise. The increase in volume when the wind noise increases is very good and there is no need to adjust volume when riding faster.
