Thin cotton so it's not too hot, but also doesn't warm your head at all.
The hole for the eyes is the perfect size for the whole face, not just the eyes (forehead to chin).

Angenehm und aus Baumwolle
Die Sturmhaube ist nur für kältere Zeiten gedacht, im Sommer verwende ich eine aus Seide. Für kühlere Zeiten ist sie perfekt und man kann sie bei Bedarf bis unter das Kinn herunterziehen. Ich möchte nichts über dem Mund haben und diese kann "angepasst" werden. Prima und günstig.

Well, for the price I paid, I'd say it's even better than expected. The stitches are all okay, cotton material makes the balaclava comfortable. It covers the neck too.

sitzt gut, muss aber unbedingt getrennt gewaschen werden, weil lange schwarze Farbe rauskommt - nach dem Waschen ist die Haube fleckig... Dies stört mich nicht, da ich sie ja unter'm Helm trage...

Angenehm zu tragen, wärmt obendrein und hinterläßt keine unangenehmen Druckstellen.
Im Sommer (für mich) überflüssig aber im Herbst einfach nur zu empfehlen.

You don't have to spend more for most famous brands.
If you want a cotton Balaclava this is a good choice. If you want something better buy a silk Balaclava.

What I was looking for
Balaclava is the one I was looking for. I have one winter one but this one is just perfect for summer or spring time, still nice air flow and keep your warm enough to not be freezing in pre-season.
