Aufgrund einer Titanveredelung meines Knies brauchte ich etwas um den Kopf wieder frei zu machen und mit dem Rad wieder ins Gelände zu können. Also aufgrund eines Berichts im Internet die C-Frames bestellt. Bei meiner ersten Lieferung fehlte an einer Orthese direkt mal ein Klettverschluss. Bei der zweiten Lieferung wusste ich dann auch warum. Nach dem ersten mal benutzen hatte auch ich den Klettverschluss ohne großen Kraftaufwand in der Hand. Am Ende des Verschlusses ist der raue Teil des Klettverschlusses auf einer Art Planenmaterial, dass an angenäht wurde. Durch das Annähen wurde dieses Material perforiert und man hat es, wie bereits erwähnt, ohne jeglichen Kraftaufwand schnell abgerissen. Die Reklamation soll nun 4-5 Wochen dauern.. Für mich bedeutet dies nun nach 12 Wochen Krüken: Kurz Spass gehabt und wieder in den Stillstand verfallen.. Bei einem solchen Konstruktions- / Serienfehler geht das für mich gar nicht im Kopf... Eigentlich wollte ich wieder auf den Sattel :-(

These braces can be time consuming to setup.
It took me two attempts to set them up so they were fitted properly and comfortable.
Don't give up with these braces because once they are setup correctly they are great. Because the hing is only on the outside you gain great feel and feed back on the bike as you can feel the bike whee your knee can grip the tank rather than losing the feel as you would with traditional knee braces with a hinge both sides of your knee,.
Thankfully I haven't had a big off the bike yet to try out just how protective they are but the quality of the braces speaks volumes.
They take a little while to get used to but persevere and you'll love them.
