Pros: soft, comfortable, athletic fit (slim fit works much the same as a compression sock), battery pack locks on well, footpad of sock has extra padding, seemingly to accommodate the heating lines
Cons: includes basic app, for this price the full app should be included. There are a few "hot spots" despite claims of invisible, offset stitching. The upper calf stitching is delicate; ripping/stretching can occur.
FC Moto has switched shipping providers to Canada from DHL to UPS. For this reason alone, I will not buy any more product from FC Moto. UPS rips of the buyer with claims of "border import costs" or other nonsense. This product is $350 in Canada. FC Moto advertised for $250, after a $60 shipping charge and their internal rebate. DHL would have delivered to me without additional charges, which they have done countless times in the past. UPS charged me an exorbitant price for a delivery that shipped in a very small package and weighed about 1 lb. I will avoid dealing with them whenever possible.
