Der Sena Impulse Klapphelm passt perfekt, fällt aber kleiner aus als die Halbschalen Helme. Der neue Sound von Harman ist der Hammer und das telefonieren ist bis 120 kein Problem. Das Einrichten ist sehr einfach, da die Menüführung auf deutsch umgestellt werden kann.

Sitz geht, anfangs etwas eng, nach 2 Std ok. Tragegefühl sehr gut. Nicht so toll immer etwas klappern am Visier. Da hilft auch kein Scheibe verstellen. (Goldwing) Auf einer Moto Guzzi V85TT klapperts auch. Sehr nervig. Drückt man auf Lautstärke lauter und berührt dabei mit Handschuh versehentlich leicht den Knopf darunter schaltet sich der Helm ab.(mehrfach fassiert) Besonders ärgerlich wenn man gerade über Carplay navigiert. Alles weg. Anhalten neu verbinden. Den Helm zu öffnen ist mit Handschuh nicht so easy, da man von unten die zu kleine Öffnung schwer trifft. Also kein Vergleich zu meinem vorhergehenden Shoei Neotec II Helm. Den vor ein paar Tagen bestellten gleichen Helm für meine Frau werde ich ungeöffnet zurückschicken. Lieber 200€ mehr für Shoei ausgeben.

Habe den Helm seit dem 29.6.22, sehr schnelle Lieferung und gut verpackt.
Bin nach dem einrichten, das gut und schnell funktioniert hat direkt eine Runde gefahren.
Klang ist hervorragend, schöner Bass für so ein Raumvolumen. Bis ca. 120km/h ( aufrecht sitzend auf einer KTM 790 Adventure R) noch alles gut und klar zu hören. Windgeräusche sind nicht zu laut, da gibt es lautere Helme. Keine windverwirbelungen, Tasten und Visier lassen sich gut mit Handschuhen bedienen, Lüftung ist mäßig ( kann ja offen gefahren werden). Bin sehr zufrieden nach 100km Testfahrt .

Just thought I'd give you my thoughts on the Sena impulse.
Compared to the Shoei the fit isn't as round. More oval front to rear, for me comfort is greater as it's more snug.
As it's more snug, it's a lot quieter.
I find it lighter in weight whilst wearing it and it doesn't deflect so quickly as the shoei in the wind.
The visor I find more practical. The shoei has an annoying first opening that many people found too wide, not so with the Sena.
And as for the sound quality. Another dimension.
On the down side, the build quality is nowhere near that of the Shoei. Especially the chin guard.
The chin curtain is quite flimsy, think it might fly off one day.
Was it a good buy compared to a new Shoei or a Schuberth?
For me, yes. To get the shoei or schuberth would have been an extra €500 and compared to the Sena, not worth the money.
Great helmet, great sound, quite, comfortable and a good price.

Bin mit dem Helm bereits einige Touren gefahren (KTM Adventure) und muss sagen das alles gut funktioniert. Windgeräusche halten sich in Grenzen, ab ca. 130km/h wird er zu laut um noch gut Musik zu hören. Der Klang der Lautsprecher ist echt gut, wenn man bedenkt das man kein Klangvolumen hat. Die Funktionen für die Bedienung sind auch mit dem Handschuh gut zu handhaben. Die Sonnenblende dürfte noch etwas stärker getönt sein, der klappmechanismus ist leichtgängig und funktioniert gut. Die Passform des Helmes ( man sollte aber wenn man Gr. M hat, einen Gr. L bestellen, fällt kleiner aus) ist sehr gut und auch bei Geschwindigkeiten über 200km/h kaum spürbare Windverwirbelungen. Die Aukkulaufzeit ist voll in Ordnung.
Ich tragen den Helm lieber als den Schuberth C3

I've split this review into two parts -
Firstly - FCMOTO
This is my first purchase from FCMOTO, and I've found them to be an excellent company to deal with. Despite living in Ireland, once I placed my order, the Helmet was delivered two days later. Excellent service. 5 STARS to FCMOTO
Secondly the SENA Impulse Helmet.
This is the first time I've ordered a helmet online, without first having actually fitted the helmet. ( I was not able to find any availability for this Helmet in Ireland). So I was taking a risk, and relying on the description given by FCMOTO and the reviews of other customers. I usually buy Large Size Helmet and did so in this case. Also I normally wear Shoei Helmets, but because of the need to fit after market headsets, while the helmets are perfect with regards to fit, the quality of sound was never up to standard.
In the case of SENA, the sound system in the IMPULSE Helmet is excellent and like nothing I've experienced in the past. There are a large range of features, which even now, a month after receiving the helmet, I am still learning.
The fit is different to that I have used to. The Helmet is the correct size, and has now adjusted from the "tightness" of a new helmet, to a snugly fitting helmet. It sits slightly higher on the head compared to the Shoei's I've been used to, and the forehead band and rear head band are more snugly fitted than I've been used to. It is however comfortable and easy to wear. The wind noise is low, and venting is very good. The visor has two lock positions when open and the internal sun visor is a very welcome feature, not always available in helmets.
4 STARS to the SENA IMPULSE - the lost star for no other reason than the fit is one I've not been used to.

Very good product: good construction, good materials, very comfortable, outstanding crystalline sound by Harman Kardon.
Soundproofing almost perfect.
Electronics components well integrated with the helmet and easy to use
Competitive price/performance.

I Find it very noisy with up and downs, not fully charged sometimes needing hours on charging, and impossible to update, very frustrating and disappointed. The sena app made it even worse.
Going back to Schuberth.
