Very good elements in this jacket e.g waterproof pockets with magnets to ensure flap stays in place, reflective details, air vents etc. The arms are snug despite going up a size (always a L but went for XL) which was recommended by others in reviews, I can see thie arm tightness been an issue for many. I bought the Additional back protector which is good and could be adjusted for height. No thermal liner which can be purchased separately. Again it may just make the arm comfort worse.
Very good product(01.01.2023)

I am doing a direct comparison of "Held Molto GTX Goretex 4t Quattrotempi" jacket size XL to the Alpinestars Andes Drystar jacket, size L, which I am wearing for years now. The Held Molto feels like a premium product - well built, sewing is well done, all zippers, straps etc. are YKK and branded Held. Colors, embrodery and printing is also fine - well done, Held!
I saw the comments that the cut of the Held Molto is tight so I ordered 1 size up. Unfortunately it is still too tight (mainly on the forearms) for my liking and I have returned the jacket. I should have gone 2 or even 3 sizes up!
Pros: Top-notch build quality, Goretex Z liner fit between the outer layer(abrasion resistant) and the inner mesh layer. Included Class 2 Elbow protection from SAS-TEC Product number 9317, SH-26 Included Class 2 Shoulder protection from SAS-TEC Product number 9312, SH-34 Torso fit is customisable via straps
Cons: Feels heavy at 2,5+kg (The Alpinestars is lighter by at least half a kilo) Massively overengineered - too many straps - also in ventilation areas, netting all over (exhausts). The very tight sleeves - I have ~30cm forearm circuference, which I consider normal - I am not a bodybuilder - and XL barely fits! If I add a thick thermal shirt the number grows to 32cm - and the jacket feels very tight. The ventilation zippers on the inside or your forearm dig into your elbow stopping the bloodflow to your hands. The closing the velcro straps on the end of the sleeves make for another pain point - as a built-in double button (I guess for a thermal liner, sold separately,"Held Clip-in Technology") push into your thumbs. Torso fit is tight - XL fits like an L to M Not really 4 seasons (althought marketed as 4t - quattrotempi - 4 seasons) as the thermal liner is not included - it is sold separately. If you intend to use a thermal liner - go +2 or even +3 sizes.
