Don't bother with other vests
This vest is fantastic, don't even bother with other vests. The neon color is super-bright and the reflective stripes are almost too reflective. They can blind you for a couple of seconds in direct sunlight.
I have accidentally stained the vest with a grease and after a quick hand wash with Vanish and degreaser, it is as brand new again. Extremely tough material!

I thought about buying this vest for a long time. I use Rukka's clothes and it couldn't be otherwise so I chose the Rukka VIS. I am a size 52 and a size L vest is OK. A bit tight, but this guarantees that it will not fly at higher speeds. The price is extremely high, but the quality of the product seems to go hand in hand with the price. I recommend the purchase.
Gute Sicherheitsweste
Ich habe die Rukka VIS Weste gekauft, da ich mit dem Motorrad oft Abends unterwegs bin, vor allem im Winter. Gute Sichtbarkeit ist von Vorteil.
Für meine Motorradjacke Grösse M habe ich die Weste in Grösse L genommen. Passt gut drüber (inkl. Thermofutter) ohne zu flattern. Die Weste macht einen Qualitätsmässig sehr guten Eindruck.

I live in Juneau, AK and it's often dark and wet. This vest keeps me highly visible! Fits nicely over my Rukka Armarone jacket.

Super Sicherheitsweste für Motorradfahrer*innen
Dies ist nun schon meine dritte Weste in 6 Jahren - nach jeweils ca. 40.000 km in 2 Jahren ist die Farbe dann doch etwas ausgebleicht und der Schmutz lässt sich nicht mehr auswaschen. Daher gibt es dann wieder eine neue Rukka Sicherheitsweste. Bei Tag und auch bei Sonnenschein immer gut zu erkennen, im Dunkeln und bei Nacht durch die großen Reflektorflächen ebenfalls super sichtbar. Ich bin der festen Meinung, dass ich durch das Tragen der Weste schon mindestens 3 schweren Unfällen entgangen bin! Man fällt den anderen Verkehrsteilnehmern doch ins Auge. Die Weste ist zudem sehr gut luftdurchlässig und kann/wird auch bei hohen Temperaturen getragen. Ich kann diese Weste uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Size XXL fits nicely over a Rukka/BMW size 54 jackets, really good quality. Only negative is that it's a bit on the expensive side.

Ausgezeichnete Sicherheitsweste
Diese Weste erfüllt meine Erwartungen in eine Sicherheitsweste für Biker in allen Belangen: Sichtbarkeit bei Tag, in der Dämmerung und bei Nacht durch Signalfarbe (farbecht, nicht verbleichend!) und Reflektoren, die an den richtigen Stellen angebracht sind. Luftdurchlässig, dehnbar und somit bei allen Anlässen einsetzbar. Ich fahre inzwischen ausschließlich mit der übergezogenen Weste - fühle mich einfach sicherer, da sichtbarer für andere Verkehrsteilnehmer.
