Been looking for a pair of these boots for a while. Guidance on choice of size is variable. I went for a size smaller than I would noramlly buy (i.e. UK size 8 instead of size 9). The fit is in fact good and NOT loose as with other boots I have bought in the past. I did not want to risk them coming off to easily should I have an accident. Urban rider in the UK recommend going for a size smaller than normal for this reason. Very please with them, they are still breaking in.

Well, they're Chelsea boots. They're not the easiest to simply slip on and go, as the elastic ankle part is rather tight especially when new. They do feel rather comfortable once you get them on, I think they look good in black, and so far I have no complaints about built quality. They come with a separate elastic shift gear shield band for the left boot but I've decided not to bother with it. No big deal with black shoes in particular, anyway.

As fo the size and shape of this model, I needed to go one size larger than my usual size with these, but the larger size feels just about right with the provided insoles in. So unless you've got flat and narrow 'flippers,' you may need to order one size larger than usual as well.
