I order size 48 (300mm) even it was not specified in size chart.Be carefull with the size chart (because the numbers are slightly smaller than ususal) and follow the measurements of your bigger foot taken on piece of paper.
I hope You enjoy like I do.

I ordered size 43. My footwear size is always 42.5-43. And width of my foot is wider than avergage. I have never wore 44 size of shoes in my life. But this shoes were just a little bit too tight and my small. My fingers inside were touching nose of the boots.
