The gloves work great but the black material on the sides started flaking off on the first use. It has not affected performance so I did not return. It does remove the aesthetic appeal of the gloves though. I have the 1200 batteries and they last about 2 hours on high, 5 hours on medium, and much longer on low. I got the size suggested and they do fit but they are somewhat snug. If you have larger / meatier hands I suggest 1 size greater than suggested.
