Experience with FC-Moto customer service Faiza Mwangi is horrible. Ordered Dark Blue REV’IT Eclipse-2 jacket but it came Blue which doesn’t matches the Dark Blue pants that I have. I even loop in REV’IT customer service in my email to fc Moto, even REV’IT customer service says it is the wrong colour code from what I ordered. And you know what was the best part, Faiza Mwangi won’t admit wrong/liability. Now the whole world don’t have this REV’IT Dark Blue Eclipse-2 jacket in XL which I want to buy again. Faiza Mwangi if you’re reading this, you are really a horrible person to deal with, really a piece of s**t, just leave FC Moto and find a job somewhere else, because of you my purchase experience with FC-Moto is f**king unpleasant.

While cornering, the gear slipped into neutral between 4th and 5th, and I slid and fell. It protected me incredibly well. I’ll be ordering another one. The material quality is great, and it keeps you very cool in the summer. I recommend it.
