I'm a size US9.5 in my regular dress shoes, size EU42.5.
I also own some Alpinestars sports boots in size 43 and they run just a tad large.
Bought these in a size 43 and they fit well (a little snug, but will adjust after break in to what I'm sure will be a perfect fit).

Fantastic Boot
Great, comfortable race boot. Comfortable & race don't always go together but here they do. Glove fit because of the latching system. Very stiff out of the box so be sure to break them in first since shifts will be difficult. Once broken in you will have the best looking MotoGP boot for street & track. Sent to Florida from Germany in a week & 1 day. Oh yeah.

This boots closes the boots by Tecno-3 system. I am very easy to use. The air intake of the toe is comfortable keeping the inside of the boot.
I wear a size 44 of alpinestars, but this time, I purchased a size 45 of sidi. It is a good size for me. I was enhanced further fit to put the insole to boots.
