Tres bonne qualité
Après avoir utiliser ce produit sur court et long trajet ( 3000 kms), je puis vous dire que la qualité est au rendez-vous. Bonne qualité sonore, un peu compliqué au début pour le mettre en route car modèle allemand et je suis français mais un coup de téléphone au SAV de Sena et hop, un téléchargement d'application sur pc, mise à jour en french version et le tour est joué. Aucun parasitage entre les deux intercom, chacun écoute sa musique et parle lorsqu'il le desire, le système de contrôle est difficile a apprivoiser mais ensuite que du bonheur. Ce la m'a fait remarquer que mon Shark Spartan n'est pas tres acoustics donc je vais acheter le Shoie GT Air 2 pour les mettre dedans et aussi les nouveaux haut parleurs Sena en HD. Très très bon produit, une rolls pour moi

Es gab einige kleine Schwierigkeiten bei der Montage am Helm (Helmform), diese konnten aber mit dem beiliegenden Montagematerial ausgeglichen werden. Bedienung, Sprachsteuerung, Übertragungsqualität und Verarbeitung sind top. Würde es mir jederzeit wieder kaufen!
Top Product, goede afwerking en gemakkelijke bediening.
Heb het duoset gekocht en in twee verschillende helmen ingebouwd wat zich redelijk gemakkelijk laat doen.
Door de grote knoppen is de bediening ook goed en ook gemakkelijk te vinden en te bedienen als de helm opzit.
De knop aan de onderzijde om de intercom te onderbreken als je bijvoorbeeld met iemand aan de straatkant moet praten vergt wat oefening. Bij het duoset zijn de twee sets al met elkaar verbonden vanaf fabriek wat handig is. Vanwege de winter alleen de set zo uitgetest en werkt goed, alleen als je de set via je navigatie koppelt en ook je gsm via de navigatie wat logisch is vanwege de bediening op de navigatie, dan heb je niet veel aan de app op de gsm. De set is zeker de moeite waard.

First time I’ve used a headset, great device, easy to install into my new Shark helmet. So clear if you make a phone call to.
Easy to install and lots of extras to ensure it fits well.
Rather comprehensive instruction guide, and a lot to remember on the buttons you need to press, but still excellent.

Комплектация поставки полная - на все виды шлемов. Работает, как указано. Но инструкцию надо прочитать и кое что из нее запомнить.

Overall great product, beats the cheap competitors 100-0 with quality voice and application setup. Group talk was a bit hard to configure
Fcmoto had a good deal for 2 pack, so we bought 4 of these.

Not so good
I have to say it's not all I expected for the price. There are a few problems: voice commands, they just don't work. I tried many times, my girlfriend also tried with her set... no way. Share music, mission impossible. I read the manual and saw the videos. It looses connection with my phone, only God knows why this happens. Positive things are the voice communication and the design. I don't recommend this product. I bought it because the reviews I read here...

The build quality was excellent with easy to use jog dial.
Need to spend time to understand the various functions.
Installation was fairly easy with many spares but due to the 40mm size some helmets may have issues finding a suitable postion.
Batt life is pretty good lasting for hours with a short charge.

20S прослужила почти пять лет, и если бы не проблемы с аккумулятором то пользовался до сих пор. Надеюсь что 20S EVO не подведет...)))

Покупая гарнитуру через FC-Moto есть риски по гарантии в России, если, что случиться, то даже не знаю, что с этим делать. Но цена на двойной комплект отличается на 13к рублей ($200) от того, что есть в России. Прошивка стояла немецкая, обновил через ноутбук до самой свежей с русским языком, и голосовыми подсказками. Пошлину на почте заплатил еще 1153 руб.

sur une bmw GS le bruit dans le casque intégrale du passagé remonte très fort dans les écouteurs du pilote : très dommage et désagréable
저렴하게 잘 구입한거 같아 좋습니다
해외 직구로 구입을 했지만 제품 설명서가 한국어로 되어 있는것도 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
사용은 잘하고 있지만 설명서를 알아보기 힘들어 조금 아쉽습니다..

Excellent son, facile a manipuler. L'installation sur le casque est delicate mais réalisable avec de l'attention. Distance de connexion selon le terrain, 400 m en forêt avec virage, 1000 m sur route dégagée, pas essayé avec 2000 m d ecart.

The Sena system is superb and cannot fault it, what I can fault is FC-Moto’s pricing - unfortunately they move their prices up and downs nd you end up paying more in a “sale” than you would usually - kinda laughable and more than likely illegal in most countries!
It’s unfortunate as I’ve had some great purchase but will seriously have to think twice before using FC-Moto in future!

Das Sena 20s evo ist sehr gut aber auch kompliziert, weil mir immer noch nicht ganz klar ist, welche Knöpfe ich für welche Funktion drücken muss.
Zum Teil geht es nur, wenn man steht - nicht während der Fahrt, weil man beide Hände dafür braucht.

商品は性能も高く非常に使いやすいです。私は仕事用の電話と私用の電話の2台持ちなので電話2つを接続出来ることは非常に良いです。
ただ、改善して欲しいことが1点有ります。充電口の防水ゴムパッキンですが、microUSBケーブルを抜くときにゴムパッキンも一緒に引っ張ってしまいゴムパッキンがちぎれて、本体から外れてしまいました。使用中にゴムパッキン紛失の可能性が出て来ました。これは改善して欲しいです。

Tut was es soll
Verbindung mit sämtlichen Geräten problemlos. Alles top und das Zubehör ist sehr umfangreich. Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Bass besser sein könnte.
Mein Helm: Shoei Hornet ADV —> Einbuchtung musste mit Lötkolben minim vergrössert werden, damit alles passt.
Schlechte Verarbeitung
Hauptteil rastet nicht fest in die Halterung, kann man mit 2 Fingern einfach abziehen, an meinem LS2 Adventurehelm sitzt die Schiebeeinheit für die Sonnenbrille an der Einbaustelle, geht also nicht, ansonsten gefühlt tausende von Plastikteilen,Klettpads und Klebeteile. Der Kunde muss alles irgendwie für seinen Helm hinpuzzlen. Also alles zurück.

Bought the Sena 20S Evo twin pack for my friend and I who predominantly travel around Germany once or twice a year discovering the delights of different cities, well we did before Covid of course, but ever the optimist’s we thought we’d upgrade to this from our cheap Chinese comms which have been ok, but we’re old and about knackered.
I’ve fitted and used mine for music and one call that came in whilst riding.
Music is plenty loud enough, but this will mostly be down to the helmet noise & if you have a descent screen etc but it was genuinely the first time I’ve had to turn the volume down whilst riding. The phone call was great, could actually hear the person on the other end fine as they could me but a little ‘crackly’ apparently.
Fitment was easy, took about 10 mins, most of which was taking the helmet (Shoei Hornet DS) apart and rebuilding. I’m still coming to terms with the ‘jog’ wheel use which is a little complicated and the voice activated part I can’t seem to get to work so if I wanted to call someone or listen to the radio I’d be a little screwed but I bought for comms when with my buddy and music when alone. Another plus is we have a friend who has just purchased the same comms so we can all communicate together if we all go for a ride, we’ll see how that works.
Only Good/4 star rating only as voice command won’t work.
Got it cheaper here than anywhere else, it’s the same as with most things, you get what you pay for. Tschüss.

The 20S unit is a better by than the new 30 unit, at least you can still connect easily to other bikers with different make of comms quickly. The 30 model won't do this with ease. Well worth buying the 20s evo model with improved options and auto tuning radio settings.

I used to use the SENA 20s for long time, but this 20s EVO is way more better!
Shipping was prompt and it was good, but it would be better if we could receive the tracking information as soon as you shipped out.
