How it works
10 mm strong chain with fabric sleeve to prevent damage to the motorbike's paintwork
ABUS Power Link Technology (patented) offers a direct and covered locking of the chain into the locking mechanism
Interlocked lock body cover to protect against brutal opening methods
The chain, the lock body as well as supporting elements of the locking mechanism are made of special hardened steel
ABUS X-Plus cylinder for highest protection against manipulations e.g. picking
Two keys are supplied with the lock, one LED torch key
Automatic keyhole cover against dirt and corrosion
ABUS Code Card for additional or replacement key
Operation and use:
Good protection at high theft risk
Recommended for securing entry level motorbikes, light motorbikes and scooters
The longer the chain, the easier the motorbike can be locked to a fixed object
Tips:
This lock can be ordered keyed alike to other locks. This means several locks would match one key, respectively key code
Chain lock combinations are a very good solution for locking a motorbike to a fixed object
Very handy use because only one end of the chain must be locked
To limit the possibilities of brutal attacks it is recommendable to avoid that the chain lays on or hangs close to the ground
