I got this based on another review mentioning it was the only suitable one for Malta's hot summers. I'd have to agree as the venting is very effective, and the protection is adequate from my limited knowledge. It fits me slightly tightly around the neck with back protection installed but no complaints otherwise.

A good fit with the liner zipped in, and warm enough for riding in the cool spring weather here in New Zealand. I'm also very happy with the quality of both the jacket and the liner.
