Saved me so serious damage (18.01.2025)

Was wearing this shirt when I had a major accident where I became airborne and separate from the bike. I ended up crashing head first in to a 1m round boulder at the trail side.

Resulted in cracked sternum, punctured lung, shattered collarbone 3 broken ribs and 3 cracked lower vertebrae and were below the back protector so un prote ted lower back at coccyx area

The cracked vertebrae where from landing on my back on rocks the shirt back protector stopped me from suffering a fully broken back as a rock was embedded in the foam 300mm below my head so middle.of the back protection, The chest protector absorbed the impact of the front of my helmet impacting my sternum as my head was crushed down into my chect and spreading the load resulting in cracked sternum instead of major chest damage and internal.bleeding.

it not the best armoured shirt on the market but I owe my life to it, as without it I wouldn't be here

Not a nice fit for a women sized small UK 8 to 10. The latest model is a tighter fit could be better. Also the paddings are quite thick. Front and back removable not the shoulders and elbows.

I'm SM women, it felt too big on me. The air material is cool. The front and back protectors are removable for a wash.
