Aufgrund des veganen Materials und der sozialen Produktionsbedingungen wurde ich auf "Alife And Kickin" überhaupt aufmerksam. Habe deshalb bereits wenige Sachen von dieser Marke. Aber gleiche Artikel bei gleicher Größenangabe fallen unterschiedlich groß aus. So ist die bestellte in M diesmal zu klein gewesen. Dennoch lag deren Kapuze nicht ausreichend am Kopf an.
Zum Vergleich: Produkte der Marke "Wellensteyn" würde ich nicht kaufen, aber sie passen in Größe und Form ziemlich gut und eine Kapuze wird einem von einer norddeutschen Brise ins Gesciht nicht gleich vom Kopf gedrückt.
Mit Eurem Service, pp. war und bin ich sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn ich nicht verstehe, dass mir die Kosten für den standardmäßigen Versand nicht erstattet wurden. Eine kleine Erklärung wäre hilfreich. Sollte es sich tatsächlich um einen Fehler handeln, legt die 4,99€ in Eure Kaffeekasse. Ich möchte sie keinesfalls zurück.
