Great, sturdy, warm shoes.
Shoes are very light, breathable and also very warm. I watch video on revzilla and beacuse of video I bought them. Usually I wear EU 42,5-43 number of shoes and also CR-6 I have 43 and they are slightly bigger for my feet. So 42,5 would be perfect, but I wear a little heavy socks on motorcycle.
Great until this morning
Haven't had any problems until about 5 months down the line the "waterproof" boots have started to leak at the toe, making my toes wet and cold. Right and left boot.
Needs attention
Boot looks good feels great but there is a big design flaw. The loop strap hasn’t been made long enough. Looks fine when the boot is off but once boot is on strap barely reaches across the front of boot to vecro close. The brand alpinestars is not centred obviously I couldn’t wear a boot that doesn’t close across the ankle so l had to spend $$$ a substantial amount of money to get a boot maker to fix what should have been picked up in the manufacturing stage. For reference I’m female purchased a small size so image trying to get a males foot in the boot and trying to get it to close. This flaw should be noted to everyone considering purchasing the boot. The laces alone are not enough to keep your foot securely in the boot.
Great, with minor flaw
These have become my favourite boot for rides where I expect to spend a lot of time walking around. Last weekend I went to the MotoGP at Silverstone. They were great on the bike to get there and very comfortable walking around for many miles. My only reservation is that the rubber reinforcement for the gear shift is wearing quite quickly. But, that's a minor gripe. Overall I'm really pleased with the performance of this shoe in all conditions. I've done about 2k miles in them including a 800 mile short summer tour round the North of England.
