I use this with a pedal assist e-bike. I ride all winter and as things get cold and icy, I was layering a balaclava under my snowboard helmet with goggles. The goggles would fog when I stopped at a light and then I would have to navigate the intersection with limited vision. Also, I needed to replace the goggle lens to clear fir the night ride home— a major hassle to stay warm and try to stop my eyes from watering. Getting this helmet was the best decision ever! The 2 shield option keep my eyes from watering and take.care of both daylight and night scenarios. It never fogs and I have good visibility. The helmet is warm without an under layer. It is comfortable and I am much safer— it’s reduced a lot of struggle with my bike commute.
