High-end helmet that looks great(05.06.2022)

The Bell Race Star is my current high-end helmet and I love it. It has an appearance that instantly distinguishes it from the other top helmet brands that can appear somewhat similar and generic (egg-shaped). Note the Bell Race Star is true-to-size. My helmet size is M, and the M-sized Bell Race Star fits PERFECTLY. The helmet is VERY tight for the first few hours/days of use, (to the point where many purchasers will consider returning the helmet). But, the helmet's padding WILL quickly conform to the shape of the rider's head, resulting in a comfortably snug fit. Also, Bell does sell thinner cheek-pads that can be substituted in for the stock pads (I replaced the stock 35mm cheek pads with 25mm pads). Experienced riders will notice superb aerodynamics while riding at highway speeds when compared with simpler beginner helmets. My only complaint is that the helmet strap uses the double-D ring, which seems a little antiquated these days. Ultimately, this is a fantastic helmet. I plan to buy a 2nd Bell Race Star with a different paint-job.
