At the age of 17, Milt Reimer (FXR owner) started working part-time for a Honda and Polaris dealer, where he stayed for 10 years. There he started and grew his passion for motocross racing. After realizing how passionate he was, he bought the company. This brought Milt one step closer to his next project. Over the next 6 years, business plans were drawn up for a clothing company called FXR. Milt noticed that at the time no one was manufacturing high performance equipment for snowboarders and began designing some items to be manufactured by a local apparel manufacturer. The first beginnings were made in the basement of his house. FXR grew, expanded and by 2005 most of the line was offshore. Based on Milt's racetrack experience, FXR has always paid attention to the dimensioning, adjustment and ventilation of its snow clothing to provide its customers with the best product. In addition to jackets and trousers, the FXR range includes gloves, boots, headgear and leisure lines for men and women.
