These are my second pair of Buse trousers having had the first pair for 6 years. I found a size smaller than the chart size provides the best fit. They are comfortable and reasonably close fitting with good ventilation for hot days. At close to freezing they still keep me warm on a 3 hour ride. It is worth purchasing the zip on braces for added comfort.

Good quality, it's what one would expect at this price point. The pants arrived today, so I've not yet had a chance to wear them. But they look the goods.
