Ich habe dieses Produkt bestelllt, da ich vorher ein ganz billiges Android Auto an einer 125er hatte und zufrieden war. Dann kam die BMW, also wollte ich etwas, das in den Navihalter von BMW passt. Der Plan war: Aufstecken, Verbindeb, Fahren. Es blieb leider nur beim Aufstecken und Fahren. Eine Verbindung war leider nicht möglich. Es wurden insgesamt 5 Mobiltelefone (Android/IOS) getestet. Es war einfach unmöglich. Ich habe den Chigee Support kontaktiert, dieser war meiner Meinung nach grottenschlecht. Es wurde immer wieder nur auf Seiten verwiesen, die man wahrscheinlich sowieso aufsucht, wenn man Probleme hat. Aber eine Lösung hatten die auch nicht. Dann bin ich zum Ladenlokal von FC Moto. Auch die Mitarbeiter konnten sich nicht verbinden. Das Gerät wurde dann von den Mitarbeitern weggeschickt, vor Ort haben die keine Möglichkeit etwas zu machen. Nach 4 Tagen wurde mir anstandslos das Geld zurück gesendet, kein Gutschein, sondern wirklich das Geld auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel. Das war eigentlich das einzig positive an der ganzen Aktion. Hab mich dann für das CarABC entschieden. Es ist in 6" sofort passend und in der perfekten Größe. Das Aio5 würde eigentlich nach einer ersten kurzen Bluetooth Verbindung mit dem Handy ein Chigee-eigenesWLAN Netz öffnen und sich darüber mit dem Handy verbinden. Das WLAN ist Sichtbar und nennt sich Chigee- xxxx. Eine Verbindung sollte dann Automatisch hergestellt werden. Das Problem: Das Netzwerk ist natürlich verschlüsselt. Jetzt erwartet man, das irgendwo ein Passwort zu finden ist. Aber nichts, Nicht in der Software, nicht auf dem Gerät, nicht auf der Verpackung und auch nicht in der Bedienungsanleitung. Auch ein Software Update brachte mir keine Lösung. Der Chigee Support hatte auch keine weiteren Lösungsansätze für mich. Fazit: Das Gerät ging zurück, weil nicht nutzbar.

Das Produkt wird ausdrücklich als kompatibel mit der K1600 BJ 2015 beworben. Es findet aber überhaupt kein Austausch der Daten zwischen Motorrad statt. Meine Nachfrage beim Chigee-Kundendienst bestätigt dies. Benutze somit nur die Carplay-Funktionen, dafür ist das Ding aber definitiv viel zu teuer.
