ESJOT sport sprocket 14 teeth steel 525 pitch (5/8x5/16) The sport steel sprockets are significantly lighter, compared to conventional steel sprockets. The weight is reduced by targeted drilling.
For pinions, only the steel 16 MnCR 5 is machined according to OEM quality on high-precision CNC automatic lathes. Due to the special gearing process and a case hardening of 700 HV 40 at a case depth of 0.4 mm, our pinions meet the highest quality requirements. Modern broaching machines guarantee an exact fit dimension on the drive shaft with a radial and axial runout tolerance of less than 0.1 mm.
