FC-Moto Merkur Pro Air Enduro Helmet

Have been looking for a replacement helmet for a few months. When I came across the FCMoto website I was amazed at the wide range of helmets available and how competitively priced they were. The helmet, manufactured by Axxis, is the same as the ones available from Speed and Strength as well as Joe Rocket but with a better price, selection of colours and graphics. The helmet is really comfortable and the integrated tinted visor is an added bonus.

I already have about 5000 km riding with this helmet.
- it has indents for the intercom system speakers to be fitted in
- unfortunately the intercom can be mounted on the helmet just in front of the sun-visor mechanism and for me it's not the perfect position, but got used to it in no time
-the first click for opening the visor is too long, it opens the visor about 30% (3-4 cm); best would be if first click opening would be between 0.5-1 cm
-the visor doesn't open enough in the fully open position and is still in your field of view and it's a bit disturbing for the eyes
-the sun visor is good, goes down a long way and it's dark enough so that in full sunlight it wasn't disturbing for my eyes, the sun peak also helps
-the fit is a bit tight if you're wearing eye glasses but it's not a problem.
- i can barely feel the ventilation from the chin vent, but when it's hot i just took off the chin curtain.
- i can't really talk about the wind noise as i have a tall screen and also ride with the music on all the time.
