How it works
Designed for maximum performance, the Five Rfx Race motorcycle glove offers the highest level of safety currently available on the market, thanks to its triple protective shell made of duoplastic carbon fiber reinforced plastic. This material, normally found in aviation or Formula 1 racing, offers excellent abrasion resistance. This makes the glove more effective protection in an extreme situation, such as a long skid when the rider's hand is caught between the road surface and the motorcycle, than an ordinary glove could provide. Protection is maximized through the use of full grain leather, multiple reinforcements with traditional carbon and a Kevlar® inner lining. The palm is reinforced with Digital Pittards® leather for optimal grip in wet conditions. The Velcro closure is concealed under a protective leather flap to reduce the risk of the glove being torn off in a fall. The greatest attention was paid to the precision of steering and comfort. The RFX RACE is a glove that has been developed and also used by FIVE riders in MotoGP, SBK and Endurance World Championships.
