I hope I never test the protection quality of these gloves, they are very soft and gentle which is great for everyday use... maybe too "gentle"... Size list... I took L so ... they fit perfectly on the hand but the fingers are a little longer, if I took M they would be very tight on the hand and the fingers would be just right

The sliders could be made of a harder material to allow for better sliding.
