Wie gesagt, das Produkt Givi Rückenlehne und Topcase Bauletti B33 ist voll in Ordnung. Aber die Kommunikation von FC-Moto zum Kunden ist miserabel. Ich habe die Produkte am 15.09.2013 bestellt, nach angaben von FC-Moto, Lieferung innerhalb 2-5 Werktagen nach Bestelleingang. Tatsächlich wurde die Ware mir erst mitte November zugestellt, 2 Monate nach der Bestellung. Zwischendurch habe ich immer wieder einmal nach gefragt was mit meiner Bestellung ist, da wurde mir mal gesagt das ein Produkt im Moment nicht lieferbar ist, bei der nächsten anfrage wurde mir dann gesagt das eines der bestellten Waren wieder vergriffen ist. Meine Einstellung ist nun, bei FC-Moto kaufe ich nichts mehr, denn man kann mit seinen Kunden auch besser Kommunizieren, Auskunft geben. Mit freundlichem Gruß
