Description

GAERNE STONE GORE-TEX®

Gaerne presents the new Cafè Racer line, products with a unique and exclusive design in perfect vintage style to complete your motorcycle style. Made from sturdy, full-grain cowhide, it has a zipper and Velcro closure on the side, as well as laces on the front. The waterproof and breathable boot has reinforcements in the ankle and heel area. For optimum comfort, the shaft end is padded with soft leather. The GAERNE rubber sole guarantees maximum grip in any terrain. The GORE-TEX® membrane makes the shoe waterproof and breathable.

Material technology GORE-TEX®

The climate membrane is an extremely thin layer of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene (1.4 billion pores per square centimeter). The pores give the GORE-TEX material its special properties. Waterproof: Products can withstand high water pressure, which can occur in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments. Windproof: This feature provides a comfortable feeling as the garment will not let wind through and so preserves your microclimate. Breathable: The material does not allow any water vapor molecules to escape to the outside, thus helping to reduce overheating and moisture buildup inside the clothing.

Best motorcycle boots I've owned (24.05.2022)

I'm on my second riding season with these boots and they are the most comfortable motorcycle boots I've ever worn. They are light weight and I could easily walk miles in them. Glad I bought them. The leather is soft and flexible. The sizing is large. I bought a size 8 US when I usually wear a size 9 US and the fit was good and very comfortable. I expect to get years of use from these well made boots and I would buy another pair if I ever wear them out. FC Moto shipped quickly and they arrived at my Canadian address in 7 days.

These boots fit large, I bought a size 44 but am noramally a 45 and still have some room. At a glance the boots look great but if you look closely there are obvious glue marks around the sole. Not what you'd expect from a $300 boot. Functionally boot works and fits nice with good protection and a thick rubber sole. The inner lining pops up when removing the boots (again not what you'd expect from a $300 boot)
