Waist size of 38 seems more like 40, but calves and thighs like 36 or even 34. For a person with big belly and very skinny legs. Will not send back, as they are usable, but there's gonna be no room for knee pads. Maybe just the thinnest ones with low level protection will fit. Decent overall quality however.
