How it works
Good suit for the price. 5'7", 155lbs bodybuilding build with 44" chest, 32" waist, 27" thighs, a size 54 is a good comfort fit with room for a back protector and future proof for more gains ;) The legs and arms are about 1" longer than I would like, but a fair trade-off being short and muscular. Pros: - Great suit for beginners with the price - Good padding and protection all around - Good stretch panels all around Cons: - No hip protector included, seems to have a pocket for it though - The pre-shape on the shoulders is too pronounced, making your traps look non-existent and makes you look like a literal square at the top and very unnatural compared to other suits.
Shipping to Canada was fast, exactly a week from purchase.

I haven't really used this suit yet as we're in the start of winter here in Canada. The size is fairly tight for my stature (192lbs/86kgs) and height of 5'11" (180cm). Held has always been on the tighter side so I could/should have ordered the 54 instead of 52. Need to lose some weight! Great built-in protection.
