How it works
IRIS produces a complete range of high quality motorcycle chains in OEM quality. The chains are used by thousands of motorcyclists in daily use. But also professional riders from the most different racing areas have put the chains through their paces.
ESJOT is a producer of the two-wheel industry with the most extensive stock of sprockets and pinions in Germany. The steels used meet the highest standards and thus satisfy OEM quality. High tensile strength of the material guarantees a long service life. The aluminium sprockets are made of aluminium 7075 version T6. This hardened material, in combination with complete milling on state-of-the-art CNC machines, guarantees the highest quality. Of course all ESJOT sprockets are anodised.
The innovative Diamond-Cut production process for sprocket teeth, with which a significantly higher quality standard is achieved compared to the conventional milled sprocket. Precision tools provide you with an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the material in the tooth flank area is highly hardened, so that an additional hardening process is often unnecessary. Only the highest quality German steels are used in order to guarantee a consistently high quality.
We want everything to fit right . Take some quick measurements if you are unsure of your current clothes size. The most accurate measurements will be those you take in your underwear, applying the measuring tape directly to your body.
