Забыла дописать, что защита колена - это кусок пенопласта, который держится на липучке (ну хотя бы по длине регулируется). Но я и не ожидала ничего сверхъестественного, собиралась с обычными наколенниками носить. Но, оказалось, что на защите leatt (колено-голень) брюки сидят слишком плотно, поэтому или ездить с пенопластом, или подбирать небольшие наколенники.

По размеру нужно брать размер вашей обычной одежды. Я взяла обычный XS, брюки сели хорошо, хотелось бы на пару см длинее, но не критично (рост 1.6, об 87, талия 66). Подкладка не на всю длину, но с высокими сапогами норм.
При +12 уже достаточно прохладно, больше получаса не поездишь (ветрозащита не очень). Хорошо сочетается с IXS Alana Ladies Textile Jacket.
С 50% скидкой вариант хороший. Теплее джинс и более функциональный
