IXS Desert-Pro-ST Motorcycle Boots

The Desert-Pro-ST boots are made of microfiber and are ideal for all touring and adventure drivers. They offer a high level of safety and comfort.

Nach einer gewissen Einlauf/fahrzeit ist der Schuh etwas weicher geworden.Sehr stabiler Schaft bei hohem Reihen komme ich gut in den Stiefel ,warm und bis jetzt Wasserdicht wobei die richtige Regenprüfung noch aussteht.Auch gutes Gefühl beim laufen in Gelände was mir wichtig war wenn man Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen möchte.Gute verstell möglichkeit.

Schöner Stiefel aber viel viel zu klein, schlechter Service. (04.04.2023)

Ich hatte mir diesen Stiefel bestellt. In weiser Voraussicht hatte ich ihn 2 (zwei) Nummern größer bestellt aber er war zu klein.
Schade an dem Vorgang war, dass ich zuvor ein Video von FC Moto gesehen habe. Darin wird angeboten, dass man sich gerade auch zu Größenangaben, sich telefonisch bei FCMoto beraten lassen kann. Das habe ich dann auch getan. Leider wurde ich recht schroff abgewiesen, dass man zu Größen keine Empfehlungen geben könne. Trotzdem bestellt! Da der Stiefel nicht passte habe ich ihn zurück geschickt.
Zuvor hatte ich wegen des Rückversandes den Support kontaktiert um eine Ersatzlieferung zu erhalten nur eben in einer anderen Größe. Das geht nicht wurde mir mitgeteilt. Um sicher zu stellen, dass bestellte Ware passt solle ich bei Mitbewerbern die Produkte testen und dann bei FCMoto bestellen. So spart man sich die Kosten für das ganzen hin und her senden.
Ich habe jetzt bei Mitbewerbern die Produkte anprobiert (ich hatte auch Handschuhe bestellt) und habe sie auch da gekauft.
Es spart mir den Ärger und die Kosten.
