How it works
E-bikes are a fast-growing segment in MTB sport. E-bikers are exposed to higher forces, higher speeds and longer rides compared to normal bikers. For this reason, IXS has developed the Electric-Plus marking and follows the classifications, definitions and recommendations of ASTM F2043 to ensure the best possible protection.
The Flow models come without hard shells and are therefore lightweight, extremely comfortable to wear, super thin and compact. Developed together with bike legend Hans Rey, the protectors are so compact that they fit in any backpack. The integrated Xmatter padding concept offers correspondingly high absorption and protection. With the Flow Evo+ come further features such as removable padding and a structurally revised AeroMesh of the latest generation with better wearing properties and consistent strength.
