John Doe Explorer XTM Ladies Motorcycle Textile Jacket

The John Doe Explorer XTM Ladies Motorcycle Textile Jacket provides you with the perfect equipment to explore new horizons. It has a range of features to make life easier during your rides. The XTM-Fiber® lining and shoulder, elbow and back protectors protect you in every situation. The cotton outer fabric with internal beeswax coating is tightly woven to keep out the wind and is waterproof up to a 900 mm water column.

Leichte Motorradjacke in coolem Style (24.05.2025)

Nachdem ich jetzt 2 Jahre eine Softshell-Motorradjacke eines anderen (und wesentlich günstigeren) Herstellers getragen habe, bin ich total begeistert von der John Doe Explorer. Leichtes Tragegefühl trotz Protektoren, man vergisst fast, dass man eine Motorradjacke trägt. Dazu der lässige Parka-Look, zusammen mit der schwarzen Jeans von der gleichen Marke - ich mag diesen Style.
Die Verarbeitung ist gewohnt hochwertig. Das Material fühlt sich überhaupt nicht "störrisch" an.
Die Jacke in Größe M sitzt perfekt, nicht zu eng, nicht zu weit, aber trotzdem schön körperbetont. Ich bin sportlich schlank (nicht zierlich!), 1,65 m groß bei 65 kg - und es passt noch ein dünner Merinopulli drunter.
Da kommen wir zum einzigen Wermutstropfen: Es ist definitiv keine Jacke für die ganz kühlen Tage. Auch da die Ärmelbündchen nicht ganz eng anliegen, kommt der Fahrtwind etwas durch. Mich persönlich stört das aber nicht.
Dafür lässt sie sich bestimmt nur mit T-Shirt drunter auch im Sommer gut tragen.
